K-12 did a good job in working within our budget to help us accomplish what we needed for our shelving needs. The order was placed and received quickly. There was a miscommunication on install dates and expectations but I think that all has been worked through and everything is fine.

Pre scheduled the delivery for a 6 weeks out due to my travel schedule of being out of the country. They went ahead and manufactured and delivered immediately while I was gone. They were supposed to have a lift gate and a inside delivery. They driver told my employees take it off yourself or I can take it back, don't matter to me either way. Simply crossed his arms and watched them struggle for 3 hours to unload the trailer. Driver had a real attitude. I was really lucky that my employees were not injured as the lowered the tables to the ground. Really wished they would have returned them. I received a email from Ktwelve that they would take off the $150 lift gate charge! Big deal! The employee cost was 3 times that amount!

I am very pleased with everything Kay-Twelve has done so far. The furniture..the assembling…delivery…most of all I appreciate the wonderful job Bob R has done. I have been working with Bob for the past 4 years and he is a great guy. He has been very attentive and responsive to any of our requests…thanks for hiring him he will be a great employee.

This was our first time to use Kay-Twelve. We needed to find chairs that were like what we originally purchased when we built our building about 10 years ago. I was able to find the product information but needed to find a retailer. I found Kay-Twelve on the internet and called. Our representative took the time to see what we needed, discussed price ranges (which were quite good), and told me that I would receive color swatches so I could decide what would look best with the upholstery we already had. From the information received, it was very easy to place our order.

I found the staff to have a thorough knowledge of their products.
