I was worried about changing my broadband provider, I'm a little old lady and have been with my current provider for many years. My knowledge of 'tech' is very limited. The young man I spoke to made the transition easy, explaining everything to me in a way I understood, answering all my questions and giving me the confidence I had made the right decision to change.

The installers Ellis and Blake were very friendly and efficient. Care was taken with the instalation through my garden and all mess was cleaned . Everything was explained, and as we didn't know how connect the TV to the new Internet this was all done for us.

My installation of full fibre 500 by KCom went smoothly & efficiently. The 2 installers were polite, informative & cleared up after themselves. Inspite of digging a channel across the garden gravel, grass & block paving, you could hardly tell it had happened. It’s a very narrow channel & they put back to restore original as much as possible. Even shoes were taken off inside!
The speeds exceeded the promises & I am delighted with the result. Thank you 😄

Matt and Jake just completed the install at my 84 year old grandmas house. They went above and beyond trying to make sure they made minimal aesthetic changes to her drive, as she’s quite particular about her home and garden. They were very efficient, so friendly and incredibly helpful explaining us through the whole process and setting up the app after. Could not recommend them enough :)

Ordered KCOM online, a good price I’m yet to receive the box and have installed, so will leave a further review once my internet service has been installed and I can comment on the installation and quality of the full service provided!

early days but ordering process was very slick
Just had full fibre installed. Blake and Ellis were brilliant and did an excellent job, very clean and tidy explaining everything they were doing all along. They had to take up the block paving outside but they replaced it back perfectly. Good job well done.
