Kings Court Trust has been a great company to deal with. Our personnel trust Manager Becky Flynn Has been very helpful and keeping us informed at all times. If I have had a problem, a quick phone call to Becky has soon been resolved

The service received was excellent. Although the settlement took a long time, this was due only to the delays of the house sale.
Connor Cogan took over our case when Hira went on maternity leave. Once everything was done, he personally pushed for the final funds to be released quickly, rather than the standard 7-10 days, as he knew this had dragged on a long time. I would absolutely recommend King's Court Trust to anyone needing estate management.

When I was having trouble understanding any of the procedures, I was steered in the right direction by my Personal Estate Manager, Wayne Nobile. He took the time to answer even the most basic queries, which eased any worries that I had. A very efficient service. Documents returned promptly.

I dealt with Izal Hussein,who i found to be helpful and informative.Thier were problems with my husbands will,but these were dealt with sympatheically and professionaly by Mr Hussein.

The company provided service at what was a very upsetting time. From the initial phone call to the return of the documents and grant of probate it couldn't have been made any easier. From dealing with Holly, Stuart and my estate manager Ifzal.

I would highly recommend Connor Cogan for his excellent service. I felt very confident in his ability as a personal estate manager. He completed the administration of my brother's estate in about 12 months. He always responded to my phone calls and kept me informed by emailing monthly progress reports. He made interim payments to beneficiaries while waiting several months for final response from the DWP.

Kings Court Trust (KCT) specialises in probate and estate administration services. Having used their services after the death of a relative, I can highly recommend Kings Court Trust for their professional, efficient, and compassionate service.

It was a slow start as our initial Personal Estate Manager left the company.

My father passed away in Thailand. I was only 27 at the time and, having never experienced the loss of someone so close to me, I was incredibly overwhelmed.

After doing some research, I came across Kings Court Trust. From the very first phone call all the way through to meeting my Estate Manager, Douglas, the entire team has been nothing short of incredible. They are professional, proactive, and have made the whole process as smooth as possible despite the numerous challenges.

For me, the most helpful aspect was being able to start the probate process without an upfront payment; I was incredibly grateful for that during such a difficult time of need and having company walk me through every step took an enormous pressure of my shoulders.

I would also like to say a massive thank you to Douglas personally. He has been amazing throughout this over year long journey extremely professional, polite, and always provided the right advice.

We were delighted with the care and attention Aoife Croft at KCT provided in the probate and administration of our mother's estate. Regular updates in a friendly, approachable manner made this process so much easier for us. Beware of this company, they ignore beneficiaries and keep their money for years!!!!!!

My sons’ grandfather died in 2022. Kings Court Trust were appointed to deal with his estate. The main beneficiaries are my two boys – one is now 18, the other is still a minor.

His house was sold in 2024 and, on paper, the estate administration appears to be complete. We’ve been given “final” paperwork showing that the figures have been calculated and that the remaining estate is meant to be held in trust for the boys. However, 20 months after the house sale, they are holding over £300,000 and no money at all has been passed on to the trustees.

Whenever we ask why the funds aren’t being transferred to the boys’ trustees, we are given a vague explanation about “awaiting an HMRC repayment”. No clear details, no proper timeline, and no acknowledgement of how long this has been going on. They refuse to even speak to me, the legal guardian/mother of the minor child.

We’re living abroad in very insecure rental conditions where there is no real protection for tenants. The whole point of this inheritance was to provide stability for the boys, but the money is still sitting with Kings Court Trust and we keep getting the same HMRC repayment excuse.

I don’t want to post all our private financial details in a public review, but I do want to say that the delays and lack of clear communication have caused a huge amount of stress for our family. The boys are now suffering mentally and KCT don't care.

KCT say they have “been in touch directly with the relevant family members”. To be clear:
– My adult son, who is one of the two main beneficiaries, has not received any clear updated information about why over £300,000 is still being held.
– The two “family member” trustees they have been speaking to are no longer trustees – independent professional trustees (Fidelis) were appointed in October 2025.
