I like the product and I feel that it…
I like the product and I feel that it works for me but the website and customer service falls short a lot. Customers should be able to order the product when they need to and not have to auto ship and pull from our bank account every 3 months. Also, many times when I go onto the website to adjust shipping dates, it will error out and it becomes very frustrating.

I've had nothing but positive and consistent results partnering with Keeps. I haven't lost any hair since I started utilizing their services.
Furthermore, the subscription process was easy and user friendly. The doctor Ive been partnered with has always been helpful, efficient and friendly. Plus, I'm followed up with (regarding progress) regularly.
I believe the company truly cares about their products and their patients.
Lastly, I've found their costs to be competitive.
I've been very happy with their services and support. Wouldn't change a thing.

Fantastic customer service
I had recently moved and forgot to change the address in my keeps account to the new location. This resulted in my prescription being delivered to the old address with no way of retrieving it. After a quick phone call, keeps was not only able to easily update my address but was actually able to immediately send a replacement order free of charge to my new address. I didn't have to miss any days taking my medication thanks to this. Very happy with how helpful everyone was.

Keeps has the best customer service around
Keeps provides the same sort of products as other companies like Hims, etc. However, what really stands out is their customer service and user friendly online platform. I am usually able to make edits to my account and message my provider very easily, and when I do ever need help beyond the website, their customer service team is very attentive and eager to solve my problems.

I’ve used the hair growth product for a little over 3 months now and recently received my second order. I experienced increased density on the top of my head, much less thinning too within the first 2 months. The customer service is excellent and their team is always there to help you! I recommend this product, if you have doubts try it, you nothing to loose except your hair if you don’t.

Worth it! My hair line has been growing back over time!
I have been using Keeps for about 4 years in April and I am very happy with the Minoxidil foam and the Finasteride pill. I have been able to fly and drive with no problems with either product and have seen great results over the years of my use. I would highly recommend this to friends.
