The print turned out to be a little too dark with cast of yellow! After contacting them several times, they claim it is ok per their standards. Frame was nice..
Update: Hannah has contacted me and made it right! I appreciate her response and the problem has been fixed. Thank you Hannah..🤍 They printed again and it looks perfect!

The entire concept intrigued me and looked simple enough. Downloaded their app and uploaded photographs right from my phone. Selected the frame. This was my first time using Keepsake Frames. I'm hooked! The quality is very good. Much better than I expected. We are gifting this 8x8 frame and photo to our friends next weekend. They'll love it!

The whole experience from installing the Keepsake App, uploading the photo, and choosing the frame style was so easy. I received my framed picture within 5 days of placing my order. The frame also came with hardware for installation.

Their website is easy to use --- you pick the size you want and the type of frame. I sent them a photograph and it came back perfectly done and sooner than expected. The price was reasonable. So all in all a satisfactory experience.

I ordered 7 framed pictures for a wall in a bedroom. Three different sizes but all white frames with white mats. It looks so good! The pictures came ready to hang along with the hanger and nail. It made it so easy! It looks very professional and pulled together. I could have gone to the trouble of printing off the pictures and taking them to a frame shop, but why would I? This couldn’t have easier. I will be ordering more in the future.
