Helicopters are hard to find! They had the exact helicopter model that we wanted. It turned out beautiful on our wall! Excellent quality!

I ordered a framed collage. It was as advertised but smaller than I had realized it would be. I inquired if I could get a larger one. I received immediate response and even an offer of refund on the small product. I declined the refund since I liked it, but I ordered the second larger collage which I received. They adjusted the price of the larger one down without me asking for the adjustment. I will order additional products from them in the future.

Our daughter and son-in-law had the opportunity to get away for a weekend at Banff. They sent us a great iPhone photo of themselves at Lake Louise . We were trying to find something to give them for an anniversary gift. We selected the perfect Keepsake frame to match the decor in their home, forwarded the photo to Keepsake and had the framed photo shipped directly to our daughter. She and her husband loved the surprise gift.

Keepsake worked with me on what size of print I should get since my image was a little blurry. They also made sure that I received the framed print for my mother's birthday. There was excellent follow thru with their customer support!
