I was recommended to Sunil by another law firm and reached out to him to represent me in court. The initial consultation was very helpful, informative and honest, we went through the events of the incident and Sunil then told me about the possible outcomes based on my offences. On the day of the court hearing, I was very nervous, due to the nature of the offences I was prepared to lose my licence, but we sat down before the court hearing, and he went through what will happen and what he will say in court. Initially I was charged with 3 offences, but Sunil had worked to get one of the offences dropped. I am actually very pleased that I had the chance to compare the service of the first solicitor to that of Sunil because there is literally no comparison. I had been charged with failing to drive with due care and attention with the added issue of a failed breathalyser test (double the limit). My court hearing was in just over a week and I came across Kent traffic law whilst searching for a solicitor/barrister online. I wasn’t 100% sure whether to proceed with Sunil but he took time out of his own Friday night (almost an hour) to explain to me his background, his experience and why he is different to any other barrister/firm of solicitors, which put my mind at ease.
