An extremely brilliant, meticulous, TO the exact point on the casework and extremely detailed Barristor Mr. Sunil Rupasinha was for me. He has saved me twice in last 8 years from the severe traffic cases against and I am blessed to have been advised and represented by him.

I was falsely accused of jumping a red light. It was amber and so I pleaded, ‘Not Guilty’. I engaged Sunil Rupasinha to advise and represent me. He gave me confidence I was in safe hands. He defended me at trial and made a successful submission of ‘no case to answer’ which meant that the cps case was thrown out early! Upon receiving a Notice of Intended Prosecution from Kent Police I was devastated and totally at a loss as to how to reply to the allegations laid out by the Police against me. I was painfully aware, from past experiences, that trying to write my own account of the circumstances surrounding the alleged incidents being considered for prosecution could result in an extremely negative outcome. I was caught driving at 104mph on the motorway and faced a ban and large fine. With the expertise of Sunil, and careful planning, i received a fine of £915 and 6 points on my licence with no ban. Sunil was extremely professional in difficult circumstances and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I pleaded ‘guilty’ to the offence of driving without due care and attention. It was a serious case which, at the least, would normally have resulted in 6 or more penalty points being endorsed on my licence. As the offence was within 2 years of passing my test this would have meant revocation of licence and obliged me to sit both the theory and practical tests again. The consequence would have been a very protracted and indefinite period without the ability to drive. I could not afford to lose my licence and engaged a specialist motoring offence lawyer. He persuaded the court to impose a short immediate ban (instead of points) which meant that I would not have to re-sit my driving test. I was really pleased with the result and thoroughly recommend this lawyer. His fees were not cheap but were worth every penny and more.

I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Sunil Rupasinha of KTL who not only saved my driving licence but also my living, my sanity and ultimately restored my faith in British Justice. The story started when I encountered a serious medical problem in May 2020 while travelling on the M20, as a result of what I regarded a medical emergency I had to reach a place of safety as quick and safely as possible, while on this journey I triggered an M20 Safety (speed) Camera, my association with Sunil initially started following finding Kent Traffic Law web site on line, my initial attention was drawn to what appeared to be informative details rather than others legal representative sites that I looked at which in my opinion were more like sales promotion sites.
