An excellent key safe, does exactly as advertised. The compartment size is sufficent to accommodate my safe keys which are longer than normal lever lock keys. What more could you ask.

Peace of mind and satisfied my home insurance in purchasing the police preferred safe. It was well received, it's robust and came with parts for installation. Easy to fix.

Great in every way
Great customer service - friendly and helpful. Didn’t pay for next day delivery but the Keysafe I ordered came next day anyway with plenty of updates about delivery time. The C500 Pro looks a very sturdy peace of equipment, giving me peace of mind that it will indeed keep my key safe.

I think the key safe itself is great
I think the key safe itself is great. The instructions for installing it are incomprehensible. It took two us a good hour to fathom what was meant. See if you can’t find a better way if describing the process.

Hi Zina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're delighted to hear you think the key safe itself is great, but we're sorry to learn that you found the installation instructions difficult to follow.
We really appreciate your feedback, as we're always looking for ways to improve. Alongside the printed instructions, we've also created simplified installation guides and step-by-step video tutorials on our website to make the process as straightforward as possible. We'll continue reviewing our documentation to see where we can make it even clearer for future customers.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we're pleased you were happy with the key safe overall.
Strong sturdy key safe
Strong sturdy key safe.
Easy to follow installation instructions.
One gripe is that if this is being used for guests and others, the instructions for changing the code are displayed when the key safe is opened.
The Key Company can provide a rigid cover, fixed with a security to cover the instructions. It would have been better to have ordered both together, and saved postage costs and waiting time, had I know about this.
Can this be made clear on the web site?

A great company to buy from
A great company to buy from. I needed 5 packs of security screws for my key safes. They had four screws per pack, the correct ones to bite into brick, once the pilot hole has been drilled. Arrived very quickly and easy to order

Overall very good
Overall, very good. Just one small issue in that the battery operated light element within my new arc tamo pro seems a bit temperamental. I’ve tried using a new coin battery but it still doesn’t seem to stay on when I’m typing in my code. Might be a problem in the winter when I can’t see! Otherwise, a great keysafe. Pro Installation also v good.

Prompt delivery of a substantial keyssfe.
The key safe was very promptly received.
It is a sturdy item which helps inspire confidence in leaving keys outside the property. This is an aspect that was concerning me, but our changing medical circumstances place a need for others to be able to get access, should they need.
I DIY fitted it a task I found easily achieved.
