Saw Kiko had black friday deals, placed an order but got no official tracking information and only a simple sketchy email confirmation.

Kept trying to open the order information but it wouldn't load, I thought it was my internet every time so I emailed the address stated in the sketchy email confirmation. Got a tracking website totally useless with no specific address or delivery details. It went through basically the whole of China??

Only to arrive 33 days after my order...NOT, IT NEVER CAME. My security is very strict and nobody came and nobody was on camera footage. The tracking number stated it was delivererd and when i confronted the "customer service" email they told me to speak with the courier (WHICH IS STATED NOWHERE) and have a nice day!

Decided to dig further and I wish I read these reviews earlier BIG BIG SCAM!!!!

Scam, saw ad on snapchat, payment deducted from bank but never received items

I saw that they were selling Kiko Milano products for their Black Friday sale. At first I didn’t know it was a scam but now I do know that it’s definitely a scam and I feel really shitty about it because I’ve always wanted Kiko Milano and since the prices were affordable I thought it would be a great opportunity to finally get them. Whatever you do, don’t trust them.

Total Scam! Took the money, but couldn't reach them later.

Scam, wish I saw these reviews first. If you contact them, they bounce back the email. Called my bank to try and sort it and set up a fraud dispute.

SCAM!!! Only paid £8 fortunately but they will take money from your account with 2 separate charges !! Then they set up a subscription that you can’t cancel. If you email you’ll get an auto email in Chinese saying it bounced back!! You’ll have to call your bank and get it blocked

I got this ad from Snapchat. And i still get it by today. Thanks to Snapchat I got scammed by showing me this ad. I ordered my stuff back in September and haven’t received it yet.

I saw the advertising on Tik Tok. Unfortunately, I purchased some products because they had a good price.

This website is scam that I unfortunately fell for. I got the ad on TikTok showing Kiko Milano Black Friday sale and purchased some items. I received the confirmation email but when I sent email to their customer support (the email address at the bottom of confirmation email) but I received a Chinese auto email saying my email bounced back (I checked using Google translate) PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!

Kesinlikle sipariş iptali yapılmıyor. Bir reklamda denk geldim ve ne yazıkki kandırmaca bu.

This store is a SCAM. please be aware ive perchased a few products thinking they are very cheap ...an email was sent through yet i could not track my order and the website is gone .

Oplichting!!! Ze pakken je creditcard gegevens. Met mijn stomme kop besteld en helemaal niet goed gekeken of dit wel de officiële website van kiko is. Doe dit niet!!!
