Easy hand over
Very informative We were taken through all the kit and were shown how to use everything. There were a couple of small issues but these were sorted straight away. Easy handover.

I purchased a motorhome in November…
I purchased a motorhome in November 2023 it had a known fault with water level sensors which they agreed to rectify post sale! After lots of promising, lies and incompetence they eventually resolved the problem in May 2026 yes May 2026.

Caravan purchase
Having decided we needed to update our caravan, we went to Kimberly as they are our local dealership with a good reputation.
The salesman Richard was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, making the purchase easy and stress free.
On the day of the handover, we were met by Paul, who, again, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He gave us a tour of the new caravan, giving us an in-depth tutorial on how everything worked and the do's and don'ts on the systems.
All in all, a pleasant, stress free experience from start to finish.
