Ongoing issues with our Motorhome since…
Ongoing issues with our Motorhome since newly purchased in March of 2023 still not resolved. Recently came back from yet another 3 week long attempt by service department to effect a final fix on the ever growing snagging list only to find half finished jobs and total omission’s from list !!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Caravan upgrade
Good personal experience at point of sale and handover of caravan. Really refreshing to receive an informative introduction to the caravan by Benson, who was very knowledgeable of the product. Would recommend Kimberleys over other dealers from experience.

5 Star Kimberly Caravans
Simply a five star rating again had a little issue Richard came out to my Caravan and sorted the problem out.

We have recently bought a…
We have recently bought a brand-newCoachman caravan. Kimberley went out of their way to help and support us through the planning stage of our new caravan we ordered it in October and it arrived at the end of January. We had a guided tour round the new caravan which we found very helpful They also had arranged to take the new caravan onto its new pitch which made things very convenient for us. We will be starting on the 1st of March to stay in our new Caravan and look forward to many years of caravanning thank you Kimberly for all your help

Collecting my new caravan
On arrival to collect my new caravan, Benson, made me feel very welcome to Kimberley caravans, explaining the process, we then carried out a walk through of all the van aspects with gas/water hooked up we covered the external points of the van first with particular attention payed to the ALKO A'frame connection to the car. The internal features were also thoroughly explained with a functional checks of van heating and water systems, including all appliances.
All in all a very good experience, I can't help but recommend Kimberley caravans with a huge shout out to the staff.

Don't care
A follow up on my motorhome purchase
After taking it back 5 times , last time being 25/10/25 I finally got to pick my motorhome up 3 months later, hopefully repaired on 24/01/26.was told that the motorhome would be valeted and ready to take away.upon arrival and entering the motorhome I can only describe it as if a burglar had been in, what a mess, outside with black streaks down it, inside with everything flung on the bed , just an utter disgrace.i drove it away, fuming, no diesel in the tank to get me home, air warning light came on as soon as I hit the motorway, 5 miles down the road the adblue light came on.took 3 hours to clean it inside and out and put air in the tyre and adblue in it.honrstly this company either doesn't care once the sale is done, are just lazy or incompetent.aftersales is non existent, no follow through or anything...3 months they had it, 3 months warranty wasted on it doing nothing.avoid this company at all costs.disgraceful

Great service in a difficult situation.
Great service from Richard in the service department.
I had a problem whilst on holiday in Spain with our caravan,, he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and then on my return arranged to fix it. We like the new changes to the service department too.
Kimberely's service has improved immensely over the last twelve months. Well done.
