Great customer service and beautiful product
I got to work with Tabitha on creating a custom neon sign for our event and she was the absolute best! She helped me get our sign worked out and into production in an afternoon and was able to ensure that it would arrive in time for the event. The sign itself looks amazing! It definitely took our booth setup to a whole new level.

The communication between Joseph and I was transparent and responsive. Sample picture of what I wanted was in my inbox the following day. Ordering was easy and I never expected to get it this quickly. It was delivered yesterday and it works great and looks terrific.

The team at Kings of Neon was AWESOME. They were infinitely more communicative than any of the other 15 companies I contacted. They gave a great price, and the best part: they turned it around on a DIME. And the sign looks FANTASTIC. The tradeshow vendor we work with said it's better quality than any of the ones he has ordered independently.
Don't bother going elsewhere.
Also, Tabitha is a rockstar.

Absolutely do not buy from them
Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.
