The lighting looks great. Some of the sign itself had alot of glue residue from where they stuck the lights. It looks like a spiderweb of glue on it.

Very fast! From first contact, to quote, design and delivery it took less than 3 weeks. They brought our logo to life and it has been a Huge hit with all our customers. Very clear communication and excellent workmanship.

I was shopping for a neon clock on the internet for my business when I accidentally came across Kings of Neon and started to explore their site. Turned out I found something MUCH better than a neon clock, I discovered I could actually have my own company logo made into a dazzling neon sign! Called and spoke to super sweet gal named Tabitha and all I had to do was send her my company logo, and she'd do the rest and send me a sample of what the sign would look like with pricing. It was AWESOME what she designed! The entire office staff was thrilled with what Tabitha designed and I immediately ordered the sign. The customer service was super friendly and very very helpful, no robots, real people! The price was super reasonable, and the sign will be done in only two weeks. So, a BIG THANK YOU to Kings of Neon and Tabitha, so lucky to have found you.

Tabitha did a phenomenal job with my custom sign. I sent her a rough idea of what I wanted and she ran with it. A few easy tweaks and we finally landed on the desired result. I finally got the sign mounted in my office and it's the perfect touch, really brining the room together. I absolutely loved the Barbie movie so I thought this would be a fun and funky hommage to Greta. This Barbie is a Marketing Director! So glad Tabitha was able to bring it to life. Shipping was also very fast. The hardware they send makes for easy installation, along with an easy to follow Youtube instruction video. The process of creating the lighting from a logo was very easy even though I asked to see it done a few ways. After agreeing on a final is was done rather quickly and looked wonderful when it arrived. The process was great.

Customer Service was 10/10 on the initial proof designs. Manufacturing and shipping was all completed within a week and the quality is amazing!
