I bought a $150 dress and it was too small once I got it even though I followed the size chart and I own other pieces.
So now I have a an expensive dress I can’t wear unless I drop a bunch of weight ☹️
I would have loved to exchange for the next size up.

I promptly received two gorgeous dressings gowns as I wanted to be comfortable in hospital after labour. The stay ended up being 6 days and I was so chuffed to have gorgeous, comfy, well-made robes for the time I was there. I now have very happy memories associated with the robes whenever I wear them!

They make high quality products that are interesting, colourful and functional. Their kids clothes are great and are almost always gender fluid. The prices are high, but the loyalty programme and regular sales make me a regular customer.

I got some adorable dog jackets which are great quality. I love the all colourful stuff here and shipping was super quick too

I reached out with a question before ordering and never got a response. Hard to trust a store that doesn’t reply.

Very poor experience with online order in the Black Friday sale, delivered to NZ. I ordered approximately 15 items, they took over 3 weeks to deliver and package says all items were included. When I opened the box there was only one item. I’ve email multiple times about this as many items were Christmas presents and haven’t received any reply nor refund. So disappointing and unreliable.

Do not buy from this online shop! I purchased a jumper whose design and colour was very different to what I received. The top was NOT on sale and I paid full price. However, when I applied to return it, Chloe from the shop emailed me saying it could not be returned as it was purchased during the sale! I emailed back to say the item I bought was NOT ON SALE and I had paid the full price! I will never buy from this shop again as they can not be trusted!

What a garbage company not accepting an exchange on items that were on sale. Buyer beware! If the item is on sale but not the right size, then too bad! Throw it in the bin!

I recently purchased a cushion from kip and co. I’m really disappointed with this purchase. For an item advertised at over $100 full price, I expected much better quality and presentation. The cushion arrived in pieces – insert in one bag, cover in another – which felt careless. The cover itself is poorly made, with loose threads and a cheap zipper. Honestly, I’ll be taking it straight to the op shop as it’s not fit for use.

I gave feedback directly but received no response, which makes it even more frustrating. I’ve used this brand a lot in the past for my Airbnb, but this experience has put me off completely. Sadly, I won’t be buying again.
