The whole team at KITE has been beyond splendid throughout the entire process, from measurements to purchase, delivery and everything in between. Sasha, Ed, Jasper are absolutely wonderful and always go the extra mile to make sure you get total satisfaction and everything goes well during installation. Especially during COVID times, this whole operation was mind-blowing.

The product itself is excellent. It's not the cheapest but, if you look beyond the doubtful discounts and sourcing on other websites, it's far from being the most expensive too and the quality is there. Just order samples and compare, it's obvious. I have 0 regret going for KITE, on the very contrary. I feel like a valued and cared-for customer, and will not hesitate a second to use them again in the future. Thank you!

We had been disappointed with the quality of a floor we had ordered from an online bulk retailer and were struggling to find a new floor due to showrooms being closed during lockdown. Ed came to our home to show us some larger samples, which was very convenient and really helped us get a sense for what would would work in the environment of our home. The floor we ordered turned out beautifully with gorgeous rustic details. We live on a second floor with no elevator, so we also appreciated that he delivered the wood directly into our flat, rather than requiring us to take the wood up the stairs ourselves - not many providers offer this. The one drawback is that we had to deal with a few weeks' delay in delivery since our floors were being shipped from France. But overall, great service, great product, would recommend!

The team at Kite Flooring was very helpful and quick to respond even during the pandemic regarding samples and pictures for references.
The quality of the flooring is superb and according to our contractor, a straight forward installation.
Although Kite Flooring doesn't have a huge collection but they offer bespoke service to create your perfect finish and effect if needed.
As far as engineered wood flooring goes, we've compared prices with major retailers and even trades, theirs are very competitive.
All in all very happy customer and would recommend it to others.

The experience with Kite flooring was overall positive. We replaced the carpet in our bedroom with laminate flooring. Unfortunately the floor we originally selected turned out to be unavailable at the last minute but they were able nonetheless to provide an alternative floor and had it installed within our requested time frame. The floor was installed to very high standards and the team replied to our queries promptly. We would highly recommend Kite flooring.

Really great service from Ed and his team; very patient with me as I changed my mind several times about what flooring I wanted. During fitting, the fitters were courteous and friendly and incredibly professional - they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Kite.

We love our new floor! The team at Kite really helped us decide what floor was right for us (we had been considering a non-wood alternative) and what finish / style was right for our home. The fitters were extremely professional, efficient and tidy - couldn’t ask for more. Our kitchen and utility is transformed and we are over the moon!

I couldn't have been more impressed by Kite... the floor we have had installed is excellent, and the team that installed it were clearly hugely experienced, thorough, and went out of the way to ensure all the little finishes were perfect, even dealing with a couple of corners out of sight that could have been left rough - finished perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Samples arrived beautifully packaged alluding to the quality of the product and the company. Kite also reached out suggesting that they could bring showroom sized samples to the property for a better sense of the product. Impressed.

We bought an apartment in London. Since we are in Hong Kong, we wholly relied on Mr Ed Grant of Kite Flooring. Ed's explanation of different kinds of options was very clear and he has had regular updates about arrival of materials and progress. As an experienced developer, I have worked with numerous flooring contractors however Kite Flooring have now become my go to contractor. Ed is an absolute pleasure to work with. A quick note to express our profound gratitude for the service delivered by Ed and everyone else at Kite Flooring. I suspect we weren't the easiest clients to deal with: we changed which product we wanted several times in the lead-up to the final purchase, but they maintained their calm throughout. (Tip: if you can get to the showroom, do so. It makes the decision-making process much easier.) In the end, we opted for the Jasper dark wood floors and we genuinely couldn’t be happier with our choice. The dark wood gives a real warmth to our home, and it feels really special to be able to walk barefoot on real wood. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional as well. Ed and his team worked over-time to make sure that every last detail was taken care of, and checked back in a few weeks after installation to deal with any snagging issues. All in all, we couldn’t recommend Kite Flooring more highly. The floors are beautiful and the level of service outstanding.
