Really positive experience all round
Really positive experience all round. Ed was quick to respond to my initial query and provide a quote, and they were able to offer a one-stop shop to remove flooring, provide materials and lay the new floor, which was invaluable. The actual work was done to a high standard, quickly and for a reasonable price and we're very happy with the end product.

Great company with 5 star staff
We wanted new floors for 3 bedrooms and a living room. After extensive search and quotes from a few companies, we choose Kite flooring.
From the beginning the communication with Ed was exceptional. We had a vision and he helped us choose the right floor according to our taste and budget. Contrarie to other companies, we felt that with Kite flooring, there were no sale techniques and that we had options to achieve the look we were going for.
We opted for the Newington range, straight boards in the bedrooms and herringbone in the living room. Throughout, we received very good advice from Ed and he was always extremely professional.
The installation process went very smooth and we’re absolutely amazed with the end result and the quality of the new floors.

We used Kite to supply and fit our new floors at our home in Hampstead. We had a specific finish we were looking for, and we also wanted that finish in a Herringbone and on a wide 22cm board. What made it even more challenging was we needed it quickly to coordinate with our building project. After journeying around pretty much every flooring shop in North London, we hadn’t found our floor. Fortunately, we were introduced to Kite, who got our brief, created a bespoke sample and then delivered within our timeframe. Fitting wise the guys were extremely efficient and experienced, especially the team leader Robbie. We have already recommended them to our friends.

In love with our new floor!!
I was advertised kite flooring on Instagram and I’m so glad as it ended up being the best option for our new floor! I got so many samples from random companies and couldn’t find the right look/price I was after. Ed sent me some samples and I fell in love with the Newington range which is sustainable and affordable! Ed was super knowledgable and always very quick to get back to me on my questions.
I am even more in love with the floor now that it’s installed, looks so good, seems to be very durable (pre-oiled, bonus!!) and works really well with our underfloor heating. My toddler loves lounging and playing on it for hours. We are so pleased and grateful for the Instagram ad we saw!
Have no hesitation in getting your new flooring from Kite! Thanks so much Ed and team!
