If you’re not getting your glasses from here you are MISSING OUT! Not only are their glasses fantastic quality and set at very reasonable prices - their customer service is quite frankly the best I’ve seen at any company hands down. My glasses didn’t meet the QA standards but instead of me waiting and wondering they reached out to keep me informed. I think every business can learn from this practice of strong communication. I will never purchase eyewear from anywhere else ever again!

The lenses on these glasses were so bad I did not use them for two years vision was foggy. Went with Kits because y insurance was directly connected to kits. Just received my new glasses and the difference is stunning same prescription CLEARLY worth the time to submit manual claim with insurance company. Wishing I had returned Kits glasses two years ago, thought that my 6+ prescription was the problem but apparently these lenses can be Clearly better!

Bait and switch scam where the company promised a speedy delivery to get the sale and then instantly updated to a week later and said delivery was on the way and couldn't be canceled. I am guessing this is a business tactic

Avoid KITS canada at all costs! I ordered brand-new designer YSL sunglasses as a special gift, but they shipped me a dirty, heavily worn pair of Michael Kors glasses instead. I noticed the mistake and contacted their customer service within 15 minutes of delivery to report the exact condition of the incorrect frames. They instructed me to return them, which I did. Now, a representative named James has emailed me refusing a refund, claiming the dirty glasses "don't match how products leave their warehouse" completely twisting my own honest, immediate description against me to cover up their warehouse or shipping error. They are holding my money hostage, refusing a cash refund, and trying to force me to take store credit. This is deceptive, predatory behavior and absolute gaslighting. I have frozen the payment through Klarna and will let the investigators handle this fraudulent merchant. Order #31952849.

The definition of over promising and under delivering while adding in a side of misleading and abstract pricing strategies and you've got classic late 2020s example of capitalism no longer serving the customer.

I just ordered my first glasses from KITS and I couldn`t be happier. I am not fond of paying the extremely high prices for glasses from the optometrist so I am always looking for options. KITS is a Canadian company so I really like this. Their selection is great with so many styles to choose from. The website was easy to navigate, I chose my frame and entered by prescription. I happened to stumble upon a BOGO sale and managed to obtain 2 pairs of very stylish glasses for far less that I have paid for just one pair at the optometrist. This is a win win. Once I checked out I received an email confirming my order...not long thereafter they sent another email stating they were working on my order. The glasses were shipped so quickly, I ordered on the 24th of June and received them on the 30th of June. That is less than a week! The prescription is perfect in both pairs that I ordered. This is great customer service and the quality of the frames and lenses is excellent. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with KITS. My prescription lenses were absolutely perfect, and the quality of the glasses exceeded my expectations. When I had an issue with the fit of one of my frames, their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, answered all of my questions and completely warranted the frame without any hassle. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind its products and takes such good care of its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KITS to anyone looking for quality eyewear backed by exceptional customer service.

Already getting the runaround on the contact lenses I ordered. Getting the ole 1-3 days after paying for express shipping. 3 days later now getting the same answer 1-3 days. Putting money on the fact in another 3 days it's going to be 1-3 days. Starting to look like a scam site.

I wish they had review in negative. What a pathetic service. I got the glasses who lens were awful so wanted to return them. The win back team sent me an email stating they will send me a new pair just pick the frame and color. I did receive an email for the new glasses with a receipt stating zero dollars paid with voucher. When I did not receive my glasses I contacted them and then they said there is a $60 charge and my order is on hold. They give a misleading information to rip off the customers. Don’t fall in their trap and never order from KITS.

I am 100% happy with my glasses! I ordered 2 pairs, 1 had a little problem and they replaced them immediately without cost and I didn't even have to return them. Shipping was very fast! I will order from them from now on without hesitation!

I have several glasses from kits i have progressive lenses they get them right everytime i order the advanced lenses even the eye doctor instore glasses have rarely been correct also if there has been an issue a couple times the frames i chose didn’t look good on me the customer service was so good to help with a new pair asking me to donate the ones that didn’t work for me just an excellent company

i had broke my glasses putting them on, and needed a fast replacement for them. i still had my prescription and was able to fill out all the information needed and find some frames that would fit. (by the way, there should be numbers on one of the arms that gives the measurements) lens width, bridge, arm length.

i had placed the order in the later afternoon on the Monday of May, 11, 2026 and just received them after i got home from work on the Thursday of May 14, 2026.

This was the first time I have ordered from Kits and it was a wonderful experience. I bought 4 pairs - taking advantage of the BOGO sale, and each pair is fantastic! (Under $120 for 4 pairs is such a steal). The frames are lovely, stylish and sturdy. They got my prescription correct with all my glasses. I also couldn’t believe the quick shipping time, they ended up shipping them same day on Monday, and by Friday they were at my doorstep! In the future if I ever need new glasses I will be sure to purchase from Kits again. 10/10.

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses.
They were offering a deal that came to about 100$ off and gave you the free sunglasses.
I had added blue light blocking advanced lenses to one pair and premium lenses with grey photochromic (transitions).
Took about 3 days to arrive.
Unfortunately, the glasses I received had none of the add-ons I'd paid for and felt cheap and pinched my head. Wore them for about 24-36 hours before contacting support. They want them back before sending out the correct glasses...
What a company should do when they make an error is not cause anymore issues for the customer.
Apologize, allow them to keep the incorrect glasses as spares and send out the correct glasses, immediately... Instead, I will be returning these and won't be dealing with them Kits... Canadian or not.

I have a big prescription with progressive lenses.... i ordered a lot 9f glasses directly through opticiens (wearing glasses since 35 years +) and honestly, my 2 pairs from KITS are the best never worn! So confortable on my eyes like no adaptation! I put them on my face and voila, clear without distortion when i move my head around ... i do not feel that my eyes are working to adapt ! Im really impressed. Please note that i took enhanced progressive option

I used to work for Lens.com in the US as a senior executive. I placed my order with Kits.ca on Monday. They are based in BC, I live in the middle of nowhere in Ontario. I needed them no later than Wednesday. They arrived yesterday. Outstanding service. I'm sorry to say, i don't believe my prior company could have done this and especially with such transparent pricing.

The price was decent. The quality seems fine. The customer service is horrendous. The glasses I received fell off my head when looking down. After getting the runaround for a week, I dealt with it on my own. Don't fall for the "frames starting at $28, including lenses". Total false advertising. My total was $300 when adding lenses. Yes, you can choose cheaper options (impossible to choose a price as low as they advertise), but they frames are hideous and the lenses will look like a piece of glass squished in ugly frames.
If you're looking to save money, you won't. Just go to an in person optician who will provide you with proper customer service and still be there after the purchase.

Terrible experience. I don’t think they can make glasses with higher prescription. I tried ordering twice but they never got my glasses right. After I reported, customer service suggested to upgrade the lenses and charged me extra but what arrived was just identical to my original order. I can’t even tell them apart. How is a glasses with premium lens just the same as the glasses with standard lens. Glasses weight and thickness are the same. They sent me a new one because they won’t refund me and it was worse than the first 2.

good experience and service. My review a year later would be the pollux glasses are so loose on the sides they can't even stay on my face-replacement for my comet glasses that were too tight to fit on my face. I tighten them often but for some reason can't get them secure.

I really like kits as a company but thats my only complaint as I find myself shopping for another pair (I am not sure how to leave a review under these specific glasses)

Fast shipping, easy to order, great prices and promos, packaged nicely. I had a problem where the prescription seemed a bit weak for me and I bought 4 boxes of 90's dailies. The customer representative was so kind as to find a different brand, give me a discount so they ended up being $5 less which he reimbursed and told me to keep one of the boxes as they cant take opened items back. Thank you for your helpful service!
