The glasses are excellent and customer service is spectacular. I had a minor issue with the frame, and they sent me new glasses. Emma, the customer service representative with whom I spoke, was fast, efficient, friendly, and everything was resolved in about 15 minutes.
I will definitely be shopping with Kits again, and will refer anyone who asks.

I had made an error in how I submitted my prescription and Emma helped me get the order corrected and resent. She was super helpful.

Fantastic customer service!

I accidentally messed up inputting my RX so when the glasses arrived I thought I received the wrong order (the also included a free gift of sunglasses - which convinced me more the order was wrong lol). Turns out it wasn’t wrong but it was me. Emma was great and fixed the RX right away and now a new pair is in the mail. I’ve never had better customer service. Already told my colleagues and I will 100% order from Kits again!

I loved Kits from my first order and every order since. I made a mistake on my most recent order and Chad was amazing to help me correct it and dealt with it right away! Love the no stress and above and beyond ridiculous customer service!

I ordered two pairs of glasses and wore them for a couple of weeks for my eyes to adjust. After a couple of weeks they didn't seem quite right. I went back and looked at the prescription I entered. I realized that I had one of the axis wrong, I called customer service in hopes that I may be able to correct the error for a fee. I chatted with Chad and he quickly corrected my error free of charge. The phone call lasted less than 10 mins and I am completely satisfied with the service. I got my first pair of glasses from here and decided to order more because of how great the quality was.
I discovered that I wanted to change certain information on my new order and when I called, Emma was incredibly helpful and patient with me and made sure she got all my new requirements right. She also sent me a confirmation email promptly so I didn’t have to worry about if my requests were actually processed. I am honestly blown away by the customer service I received. I recently ordered two new pairs of glasses and sadly I had problems seeing clearly out of them. I called and had the absolute best experience ever with Emma. She was able to figure out what was wrong with them and ordered new glasses to replace the ones that were not working. When I said that I would send the others back she advised that I could just donate them. What a great idea!!! Made things so easy for me.
I was so impressed with the service from Emma and the principles of what Kits stands for. I have convinced my husband to place an order for a couple of new glasses.

I've ordered from kits many times and always been happy, but I just didn't like the two recent pairs I ordered. Talked to Emma and no problem, helped me pick out two pairs that better fit my face and processed everything right away. And when she double checked the prescription turns out one of the first two pairs was an older prescription, so now I know everything has been double checked. Excellent customer service! Kits service is superlative! The best all around: friendly, helpful, patient, super knowledgable and the pricing is unreal. I have two prs and plan to buy any future eyewear from them. Highly recommend to everyone/anyone.

Great experience with KITS. Shipping was super fast. Glasses quality is great. Prices are very affordable. The pair I ordered wasn’t quite the right fit, a little too big for my face, so I called their customer support to start an exchange. The person I spoke with was so friendly and started the exchange process right away but then informed me that I could keep the glasses I had already received and they would send me the new pair at no cost because they didn’t want their customers to have the hassle of having to get a return together. I will make use of the pair that wasn’t quite right at home and hopefully the new pair can be my everyday pair. Really really happy with my experience and will order from them again in the future.
