Not only cheap prices. Phone service was very good. Got my warranty replacement without problem.

I didn't have to wait long to speak to a customer service representative. They were very kind and helpful. I wasn't even aware that I had the choice of keeping the glasses I wanted to return and ordering another pair for the same value at no cost! Glasses are shipped promptly, and they seem to be of good quality.

I ordered 24 days ago and still don’t have my glasses. They lost the first order and said they were shipping the replacement order rush delivery. Unfortunately they used the shipper UniUni and I have little confidence about receiving my glasses any time soon.

I continue to be pleasantly surprised at the customer service offered by this company. this was my 3rd time ordering. this time Emma, helped me and I was very impressed.

the glasses I've received are great value and great quality. (the Gleam glasses I got look and feel great)
and if something goes wrong with the order, the customer service team will make it right. oh, even the delivery was quicker than expected.

Emma was great! I made a mistake and entered the wrong prescription on one of the glasses I ordered, so I called to see about exchanging it. While on the phone, I realized the frames were not the right fit either. So, Emma not only changed the frames for me . . . she used a coupon code to get me the newer frames for the same price as the ones I couldn't use - because I made a mistake!!
I am rarely blown away by customer service, but in this case I really and truly was. Thank you so much; what a fantastic customer service experience!

The customer service is amazing, they helped me more then I expected as I made a mistake on my order and they replaced my order completely with a new frame as I wasn’t totally happy with the frames I’d originally chosen and upgraded lenses, and refund as well. Super happy with kits. Thank you! 😊

I recently had an issue with my optometric office, sending me the wrong prescription, and I didn’t realize, until after I had received both pairs of glasses that I had ordered. iPhone customer service to explain the situation to which they were very kind and gracious toward me and even offered to replace my glasses with the proper prescription at no additional charge! I cannot express how grateful I am for all the help I have received. The experience has been amazing and I probably won’t buy glasses from anywhere else going forward!

I was in desperate need of a backup pair of glasses and in my hurry, I inputted the wrong prescription. I received the glasses I ordered and I knew something was off so I contacted customer service to return the two I ordered and place a new order.
