Excellent service from Knott Brothers. The whole process from booking the snagging survey right through to receiving the report was straightforward and efficient. Adam’s survey was extremely thorough and the report was received the same day. Definitely recommend this company.

Professional Help
I have just moved into a brand new house and wanted a professional snagging list to present to the developer. I did a little research and found Knott Brothers Limited.
I can honestly say that they have been a pleasure to work with. The conveyancing was problematic however Hollie (my point of contact) was very understanding and never at any point too pushy. We eventually got over the line and Craig carried out the survey. He was highly professional and added further problems to the report that I found a couple of days later. Would I use them again, in a heart beat. Thank you.

Snagging Survey
Our surveyor Adam was polite, professional and very thorough. The report came through the next day and picked up points we would not have thought of as snagging. It also gives the developers an idea of what needs fixing in their language rather than from ourselves who are not versed in builders terms.
Well worth the fee and would recommend Knott Brothers to anyone buying a new build.

First Class Report
First class report prepared on our snagging problems. Well received by the site manager who considered it fair and accurate. Kept in touch with Craig, our snagger, throughout via email. I would recommend them highly.

New build snagging report
We moved into a new build and wanted a professional, independant snagger to check our property. Hollie was responsive and helpful in organising this, and Craig came over to give us a thorough and comprehensive snagging report. Because of his accreditations, our builders have responded to the report quickly!

Excellent experience.
The snagging report captured things we would have missed which is why we wanted a professional to come in and survey our new home. Also, it was produced really quickly so we could pass it on to our developers and start the ball rolling.
