Holly and team were amazing. The developers had a few delays yet holly managed to rearrange every time. Also the report it self was very thorough and helped us alot with getting the the developers to repair the snags.

Whilst we had picked up snags ourselves and passed these on to the developer, Craig point out snags that we would never have thought about and could have costly consequences in the future.

Surveyor was friendly, pragmatic, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Spotted at least one major issue that had some how escaped 3 prior inspections in the builders sign-off.

Absolutely great service!
When Adam came for the first time to inspect the property there was still a lot of stuff unfinished (even though the developer promised everything would be ready for snagging by that date), so he could only check the externals. But a week later came back with no additional charge to complete the internals snagging - and produced the report super quickly.
Report quality was also very good and a lot of things were identified which we could've easily missed if checked ourselves.
Can't recommend them enough - great service, great communication and understanding.

We received an excellent, detailed survey at the time we needed it. It addressed many of the structural aspects one does not normally get looked at in a snagging survey. The surveyor (Craig) took time to explain what he was doing and we were able to comment on the final report and have questions answered. The report was produced very quickly and was very nicely structured with a good way of getting important aspects addressed with urgency while not forgetting the smaller items either. The colour scheme used to highlight issues is excellent.
