I am just so impressed with Knott Brothers. My first contact was with Hollie, wow she is awesome, straight away I knew I was in safe hands. We flicked emails back and forth and in no time at all we had a time and a date for the snagging review to get underway. Surveyor, Adam arrived ahead of time, my daughter let him into the building, she rang me and said this guy knows his stuff and he is really polite and courteous too, bonus. The resulting independent snagging report was received promptly, it read very well, I am very happy with the expert detail it contains. Once i have had a further discussion with Adam, he will forward it on to the developer and Adam will respond to any questions they may have. Honestly what is the point in whining at the developer yourself. Start to finish, surround yourself with Knott Brothers expertise, I have and I'm very happy.

Great communication by mail, we sorted the booking and the quote through there, reasonable price for a snagging inspection. Got a call by phone the day before the appointment to confirm If I was going to be at the property.
Next day, Craig came and did an excellent job on the inspection, he showed his vast experience on the field and the report he provided was what we expected. We are very happy with the service and will reach out again if needed.

Adam came out to provide his report very quickly. He called before arriving to let me know he was running early and to check if it was ok to come sooner. He seemed very keen to understand my situation and to discuss any faults I was already concerned about. The whole experience felt very reassuring and the very detailed report was provided later that same day.

Very professional service, informative report and support. Craig was really good.

Craig, my surveyor was punctual, efficient and very professional. The survey uses a traffic light system to identify problem areas. He was very quick at identifying those amber and red areas which has indeed given me cause for concern. He even included concerns about a flat roof area outside of my apartment, that wasn't within the remit of the snagging survey I ordered but he included it anyway.
As a lay person, I would have been clueless about the red signal areas of concern and very glad indeed that I requested this snagging survey. Money well spent.
The survey report was emailed to me later that afternoon which I was very happy with. Craig then emailed the report to my developer and offered ongoing support if I should need it.
With my experience of Craig and indeed Hollie, who arranged the whole process with the minimum of stress, I would most definitely recommend Knott Brothers Surveyors.
