Kool-It Services Ltd Avis

easy communication with Andy - did not need to wait long and no delays, job done and will be using in future for all our call outs

Koolit are an excellent company that have installed and maintain our air con system. I have found then very helpful and they deliver a first class service.

Always great service and good service engineer

Engineers arrived on time and were polite, professional and tidy.
Very happy with the installation.

Very knowledgeable staff member who was friendly and courteous

Excellent service and en engineer who was thorough and very professional

Have 4 AC units specified and installed sometime ago by Kool-it Services Ltd. They service the units once a year and their service is excellent in meeting our time needs and flexibility. Their maintenance personnel is excellent, very knowledgeable, extremely polite whilst very professional and very clean

Choice of options to fit your budget. Engineers arrived on the day and time promised. A very neat and efficient installation as opposed to my old system.
The 2 engineers left my home clean and tidy and clear instructions on how the basics of the system worked.
Would strongly recommend Kool-it if you are considering air conditioning.

Supply & fit a single air con unit into our upstairs dormer.
The service was exceptional from enquiry thru to instalation. The system was installed within 3 weeks of us accepting the quote. The engineers arrived on time & we were kept up to date throughout the instalation to ensure we were happy with
the placing of units & pipe runs etc. We
were impressed with the amount of paperwork given to describe the units specification, very useful if we were ever to move house.
All in all a first class company I would not hesitate to recommend Koolit to friends or neighbours.

We had excellent service from Koolit from beginning to end. Paul listened to our needs and offered a range of solutions and offered a level of expertise that was very beneficial.

The installation was carried out on time and with respect to our property. Our engineers (two Dan's) were respectful, knowledgeable and worked in trying conditions (in our loft) without complaint.

Unforeseen problems were dealt with professionally.

I would recommend the team to anyone looking for air conditioning in their home.

The two onsite fitters were great. One set of piping needed to go through the loft and they routed it to avoid trip hazards. The exterior trunking work was neat. They went the extra mile to wash away brick dust afterward. They were also accomodating for our morning routines.

Very simple to book, in fact it was very automated but they made sure I was happy with the date the service was looking to be done. They came on the day expected and all done with no fuss. Will use again!

Turned up on time, did what they said for the price quoted. What's not to like

Great service from start to finish. Cleaned up and really polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.
