From initial visit, to install to regular maintenance, we've been very happy with the service from Koolit. The Mitsubishi Electric unit works great, we had both inside and outside parts custom painted, and with two annual cleaning visits, works perfectly every day.

Great communication from start to finish. The job was completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Great service

Great service. All Engineers are very professional

As in all respects in life, you simply get what you pay for. Kool-it came to our assistance when our usual AC company let us down. Rick & his team provided us with his quotation and we subsequently placed our order. Kool-it wet above & beyond what could be expected for a full Installation project and the quality of install was 2nd to none, completed on time and although slightly dearer within our project budget. WTBS would highly recommend Kool-It for all types of Refrigerant/AC Installations. Excellent.

Sam came out swiftly and on time. He was friendly and detailed in his assessment. The company have been great with communication and I would highly recommend them.
