This was the first annual maintenance of our air-conditioning system. Andrew arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the house. He was friendly, helpful and respectful of our home. We're very satisfied with the service.

They use The Email Bureau and other dodgy companies to send unsolicited commercial emails.

Edit: They claim to have stopped this but the mail I got was sent and received today, "on behalf of the The Lead Supply via marketing services from The Email Bureau Ltd", offering "Keep comfortable all year round With a Mitsubishi Air Conditioning System". So they are definitely still spamming. I've never signed up for a mailing list with them, or bought anything from them, or agreed to marketing emails from a third party.

Just want to say a big thank you to Kool It for all their help with an air con installation in my loft bedroom. From the first meeting with Paul who did the survey I knew I had picked a reputable company.
This was confirmed with the installation by Dan and Dylan who did a first class job from start to finish. They checked that I was happy with the work at each step of the way and left the house as clean and tidy as when they arrived. Highly recommended.

I am always apprehensive when having work done on my home, but this time I need not worry at all. The team were the most polite, respectful and tidy I have ever had in my home. Aside from the new air conditioning, you could not tell they had ever been. They left the inside and outside of my house spotless. The work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. I would gladly have them back to do more work in future and highly recommend this company. From quote to completed work in three weeks! The communication and fast response to emails was exceptional.
