Kool-It as always are very good at what they do and are proactive with their comunication. Which isn't always the case with most of the companies we deal with nowadays. Big shout out to Bob who worked the weekend to complete the service at our repairs depot, and came out of his way to drop the keys off.

I felt that Paul had a clear understanding of our requirements and it gave us confidence that the work proposed would be sufficient for our needs. The team who installed it were pleasant and cooperated with our every request.

Dan and Dan the two fitters who came to install the unit were very knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to have in the house. Would definitely recommend this company for any installation of air conditioning.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Paul was excellent at understanding my issue and what was needed to get my AC unit removed. He organised everything by himself to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible and gave me plenty of time to arrange for someone to be in the property when the works were to take place and provided the IDs of those who were coming to work.

The workers themselves, Richard and Dylan, (though I only met Richard) were also brilliant, keeping me updated with any issues that they were having and what was going on throughout the time they were there. At the end when the job was complete, Richard took time to describe what they had done, and how it affected my property, even managed to get me an additional socket after all the works!

Really happy with the work that was done and the customer service throughout was excellent. Thank you, Paul, Richard, and Dylan.

I have used Kool-it for quite some years now for our office and the service has always been great, both over email for bookings and questions and even when the lads turn up for the job, they're always great to have in.
