Kool-It Services Ltd Avis 

I have to downgrade it from 5 to 4 this time. Service and manner were good and kept up to their usual standard. Unfortunately this time, my question was not properly answered, I was just given a quote! Therefore the standard of professionalism has slipped in the communication area. I hope it’s only an oversight.

They arrived when asked, worked to identify the issue (on the roof bless him) came back quickly with parts and got us up and running. Very friendly and efficient company would highly recommend them

I was directed to Kool-It Services after having completed the Daikin analysis for the type of heat pump I would need. From the first contact, Kool-It were helpful and quick to respond. The installation setting was assessed and verified, and a comprehensive package was provided for me to progress the installation, with an early date set for the on-site work requirements. The price came in better than we had expected, and Kool-It were later able to bring the installation date forward. On the day, their engineers (Dan and Dan) attended promptly and set to work, providing constructive and helpful advice. Working quickly, within the day the system was up and running to our satisfaction. They assisted with any operating information and the IT hook-ups, and finished the installation leaving everything clean and tidy. Although the system has only been operating for 10 days, it is providing exactly the heating requirements we hoped for from the outset. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with both the Daikin unit, and Kool-It’s assistance with the whole installation.

Great company, I had a problem and they have been in
constant contact and been out to repair and hopefully solve the matter, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kool it services.

I would not recommend using this company. Been waiting for them to install a new AC system since June. Lots of delays, and now they've cancelled the job entirely. Their project manager, Paul Griffin, is very slow and disorganised.

My air conditioning was just installed. The guys from Kool-It worked professional and very polite to use. All installations was done neatly and they explained well enough on how to operate the air conditioning. I will recommend them to anyone who is willing to install air conditioning in their home. From giving us quotation and installation, all was perfect.

Generally don't write reviews. However, what I've got from Kool-it as a package was that good, that it would be unfair not share a good experience. My main objective was to hire a local reputable company to do the job. Most of the good experience goes back to the owner and his attitude. He has created an outstanding work environment. He turned up himself and advised us on a suitable system after learning our need. After a great workmanship by technicians we had our system up and running.
Even better than the sales and installation is the after care. Genuinely can not fault the level of service provided.
Furthermore, all technicians who turned up to work for us love the company that they work for. This is further testament that, this is good company to hire to do your work. Thank you very much.
