Actually a decent lighting company, not Chinese pretending the product is Chinese but made ok 7/10 not the greatest but ok. Instructions ok not the greatest. I would recommend them as a company. A not expensive but ok.

Great but didn’t realize it was coming from France, still it didn’t take long to arrive possibly about 5 days. Great product and just what we were looking for to transform our new look living room.

Fast delivery. Super happy with the lights

Ordered floor lamp on 30 November 2025. Not as described. Returned product on 15 December 2025 using the correct returns form (issued by Kosilight), and following all of Kosilight's return instructions. I paid for shipping, EU Clearance (France), and an additional, random, non-compatible charge. It transpires that the customs authority applied additional import duties and taxes, which they are entitled to at their discretion and Kosilight subsequently refused to accept delivery of the item (they could have applied for returned goods relief). The item was therefore returned to me - received on 6 January 2026. I have emailed Kosilight, twice, and have had no response whatsoever. I now have no prospect of being able to return the goods; and in addition to the £85 paid for the item in the first instance, I am out of pocket by another £34 having followed Kosilight's instructions when returning the item. Do not use this Company, as it is evident they do not accept/process returns. I feel utterly scammed.

UPDATE
In response to the Company's reply beneath. It remains the case (now evidenced to and accepted by Kosilight) that Kosilight failed to take delivery of the item, despite the couriers making multiple attempts, an despite the fact that I paid the additional customs charges so as to ensure the item could be delivered to Kosilight. Since first writing the review, I have been charged, by the Couriers, an additional £28.75 - associated with the return of the item to the UK. Having initially denied any culpability, Kosilight, when presented with the evidence produced by the couriers (which confirmed that all correct procedures had been followed, and that multiple attempts to deliver the item to Koslight were made) has refunded me. However when deducting from that refund the courier costs, I am only in credit by £17.00. Kosilight has stated that it doesn't want me to return the item, so in addition I now have an item that I have no use for, and which I am going to have to arrange to have recycled - the lamp cannot be donated to charity as it is not UK compliant in terms of its fitting.

Arrived promptly considering it came from France just before Christmas, very pleased with the lights so far good quality feel at a reasonable price.

The wall lamp was amazing. Had to order one more, on the top of the two initally ordered. All very well pack. Delivered safely. Now enjoying my masterpiece. They all make my hallway looks more luxorious.

The lights themselves are exactly what I wanted, both in style, colour and quality. So often when buying a item that is brass or gold, the colour is too shiny or slightly off but this matches the mirror and other brushed brass items in the room. Delivery was relatively quick and items well packaged to protect them.
