Missing items every time I have ordered more 5 times every time something is missing
I have ordered from Kugan 5-6 times, and every time something is missing. I have tried to contact them about the missing items, but I have not received any response each time.Don’t ever order from kugan.

Atrocious Service Warning
Atrocious service warning.
I have been waiting 9 (or 10) days for my online order to arrive. As others say, you get the message that the order is being dealt with (even though the store website says that they only work on online orders for 3.5 days a week).
When I first contacted them about my undelivered order, they said that my item would arrive in 2 days - it is now 5 days later.
They have not responded to subsequent emails.
This is atrocious service!
Who knows where my order is?

A refund was given with no explanation…
A refund was given with no explanation for 1 item. When delivery was made, a substitute was given for one iitem. I think there may have been a stock issue. No explanation given overall delivery was on time. Polite and courteous service
