I Cannot thank Shane enough for all his help and advice on e-bikes, he went out of his way to explain, let me test ride the bike and helped me with applying for the cycle to work scheme and also explained the voucher system. Josh was fantastic explaining the bikes workings. He took pride it was Irish company and bike built by them.
He was very helpful even sent little video clip on how to change my password to me, after I'd forgotten how to!

I'd recommend Kuma bikes to friends based on Josh's talk of the bike even though he said he's not a salesman! In my book a good old fashioned one - knows his product.

We had a great experience from start to finish. The service is very kind and helpful. We had an opportunity to test the bike before buying it which is great. The bike itself is of very good quality, we are very happy with it. The store staff was very kind and supportive all the way, and we would happily buy another bike from this shop when the time comes.

From start to finish the process was super easy to deal with. I did the cycle to work scheme and the help at the store was honestly great. Got to test out the bike and really good service and variety for anyone looking for a nice bike. I will and have already recommended them. Super local store in the city centre of cork too with a workshop on site. 5 stars!

Had no real intention of buying a bike popped in to the Cork branch and took one for a spin, loved it, was told the pro was in the Marina Market. Tried it and bought it on bike to work scheme. Great customer care no pressure and will be picking it up soon. Would definitely recommend. Back to work saves a fortune

Really disappointing when it came to the order being processed and delivery being performed. It took many phones call chasing for date/time of delivery. Informed many times of a delivery date but various excuses when the agreed date passed. It was clear that internal communication within the shop was very poor, Depending on the day I called KUMA Bikes, Cork I would get different personnel on the phone and each time I'd have to re-explain that I still didn't get delivery. I felt there was no understanding of customer service. In my years of working experience and basic logic I know if a problem occurs the most important thing to do is keep the customer pro-actively informed, At no stage was this evident at Kuma Bikes, Cork

Recently purchased a folding e bike from Kuma. Can't be happier with my new purchase, the lads in Kuma let me take the bike for a test ride, no pressure to purchase and answered all my questions. I have the bike almost 3 weeks now, perfect for what I need, 15km cycle to work each way. Folds neatly as im stuck for space. It's worth taking a test ride if you thinking about an e-bike. It makes Cycling fun for the average person. 👌

The product (M1 Mid-size) is everything one might want in a modern e-bike.
I believe that this company, Kuma Bikes, is going in the right direction and provides proper service and backup.

All the guys were attentive, kind and helpful. I left very happy with all the services completed. The bicycle left the place functioning in very good condition.
