Excellent knowledge and given without overselling. I was buying with 'cycle to work sceme', paperwork done without a problem. Store is located conveniently and they do servicing and repairs.

I used the bike to work scheme.
The whole process was very smooth.
Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.
My opinion is influenced by the fact that I’m loving the bike.
I chose an Ado Air 20 Pro and it’s great.

I dealt with Kuma across both their shops in Rathgar and Clonskeagh. First port of call was maintenance on my old bike which was done quickly and thoroughly. Their mechanic even spotted a defect on my bike that had gone unnoticed when I had it serviced elsewhere. Second time, I was looking for a high spec bike which Kevin was able to source for me at a very decent price and combine with the bike2work scheme. Very happy with it, great quality and lightning quick. Good communication throughout the sale. Will definitely use for my next bike purchase.

When I went looking at an e-bike in Kuma Colin was so helpful through the whole process. Gave us so much information and even allowed us to take bikes out for a test drive.. super friendly and easy process to buy my e bike through bike to work.. looking forward to all the places it will take me.

i got my bike fixed in the Cork kuma bikes shop. it was overall a great experience, they gave me a budget (it was in bad shape) and did it within it! it was fast and they were so nice. Will use their services again!

Amazing service

Although I did not purchase a bike from their wide range of electric bikes, I found any enquiries were dealt with in the most pleasant manner and would have no hesitation in recommending this new shop for their attention to detail. I actually brought my bike in for servicing/fixing which was expertly done at a very reasonable cost, so on that basis, I will definitely visit this shop again, mainly for the friendliness and advice should I need it.
I should note that whilst I was in the shop, I noticed that they offered another customer a free trial on one of their electric bikes, which impressed me greatly. Overall, I really think they will be a roaring success here in Cork city in a very convenient location.

Kuma Clonskeagh is a great place to buy an electric bike, staff are very personable, have a thorough knowledge of the product range, and are very helpful.
Delivery was fast, everything was ready and pristine when I collected my new M1, it’s a super bike and I am delighted with it. I would highly recommend Kuma who are professional, interested in their customers and also provide local service.
