Hi Ronan, there seemed to be a mix-up here our HQ warehouse location is not open on Saturdays, It mentions it as not being open on our google location also. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

Expert and warm attention
Lads at the Cork shop (Eoin et al) were great. They helped me test the cargo bike with my kids and were very knowledgeable of the bike specs and bike to work scheme. Would very much recommend buying your e-bike at Kuma bikes Cork

Great bike from a great company
I got extensive and prompt communication throughout the purchase process and when the time finally came (my workplace took two months to set Kuma up as a supplier from the Cycle To Work scheme), Kuma were very quick with my new bike delivered to my house, fully-assembled and charged and ready to go.
Even when I noticed a small issue with the carbon belt when under strain, they immediately took it back, adjusted it and returned it to my house within hours. It’s been a great bike so far (it’s only been a week) and I did an effortless 24km commute this morning with it, which didn’t even take one bar off the battery meter!
