LDS Drainage Services Avis

Excellent service from initial phone call to clearing up after unblocking drain

Great service
Professional and friendly service from customer support team to frontline staff.

Very prompt and friendly service, even though this meant coming after 5pm to get the job done as promised. Gave me a 50% discount as it was a quick job which I very much appreciated.

Great service, really efficient and gave some helpful advice regarding future work.

I was very impressed by Leo and Mark. A very prompt and professional service. They came recommended by a friend and I will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Very efficient and easy to book on line . Solved the problem excellent result .

I called LDS to work on a blocked soil drain for my parents, not a pleasant job as you can imagine. However the 2 employees that came out were simply brilliant, with a refreshing can do attitude and more importantly to me were very polite and respectful to my elderly parents. They cleaned up after the job and provided a simply outstanding service. Well done guys and thank you so much for your efforts.

LDS kept us fully informed throughout the repair of our drain. They are courteous, friendly, efficient and effective. As the repair didn’t take as long as expected the estimated bill was reduced accordingly, Marvellous! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

An excellent job done by the team and I would certainly use this company again if the need ever arose.

Easy to arrange via the online booking system. (Good availability and I could book a time/day that suited me). Reliable, professional and efficient service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, and would use again.

Solved problem guickly and efficiently. Friendly and great service

Fast and a quality service

Staff very informative and professional

Had LDS visit the job and do a survey for me. Incredibly prompt service and very professional.Spent several hours with their camera looking for a main drain ,which he found . Unfortunately he couldn't find certain details I needed for the planning office ,so when he called me he explained everything very clearly and also sent me links to Yorkshire water and what to do next . He also said he wouldn't charge me any as he hadn't provided the report details I needed, which is incredibly good of him . He also said he would happily compile a report for me when Yorkshire water provided me with more information. Absolutely top firm and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Communication from the start was brilliant very responsive and job carried out was good

Mark who came to resolve the issue was excellent.
Very reliable company.
Very reasonable price.

Absolutely brilliant company - we only rang this afternoon and Leo and Mark came out and sorted our drainage issue - I highly recommend this company 😊

Very quick service. Friendly and thorough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Rapid response and communications.
Attended same morning and quickly sorted the problem out.
Polite, courteous and answered any concerns and questions.
Would use again if needed.

Can't recommend LDS Drainage Services highly enough. They were prompt, knowledgeable, put us at ease when we were highly stressed about our drainage problem, and sorted it out effectively. Have already booked them in at another job.
