We had a great experience dealing with Sue at La Residence Interiors. From the very beginning, Sue was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, the item we ordered was discontinued, and the revised back-in-stock date was much further away than we had anticipated, so we ultimately decided to request a refund. Although it wasn't the outcome we had hoped for, Sue handled everything exceptionally well. She kept us informed, responded to our queries promptly, and worked hard to offer solutions before processing our refund quickly and efficiently.
Excellent customer service can make all the difference, especially when things don't go to plan, and Sue was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend La Residence Interiors based on the level of service we received. Thank you, Sue!

Having rung the shop to say I was…
Having rung the shop to say I was coming and may be arriving late to look at tables
I asked if they had the one on show
And they said yes but when I artivex they were not helpful to show how to change it from round to oblong ,the staff were eager to close and told me to order on line
Which I did
The the chsirs turned up 2 months before the table which still has not arrived !

I can see that you arrived at our showroom at 4:45pm, after our usual closing time of 4:30pm. However, our team do not usually leave until 5:00pm, so they were more than happy to stay and assist you.
We would have been happy to take your order in the showroom, but we understand that you wanted to check the measurements at home first. We also provided fabric swatches to help with your decision.
As advised on our website and in your order confirmation, the table was on pre-order. We appreciate that the delay caused by shipping issues was frustrating, and we sincerely apologise that your order arrived later than expected. Throughout this time, our sales team kept you updated on the progress of your order.
Unfortunately, your dining chairs were placed as part of a separate order. As they were in stock, they were available for delivery before the table. We hope this explains why they arrived first.
Our delivery company has confirmed your dining table has now been delivered and we hope your pleased with your items.
