Lasagne Gelsomi Avis

Used Gelsomi several times and always has been 5 stars top rated. The lasagna and the delivery have always been perfecto

Very tasty and professional service . I could not fault it ! I will order again

A few weeks back, I purchased and froze some chicken mushroom lasagne. We tried it tonight and found it quite lacking. Perhaps it was an off day in the kitchen, but the dish ended up being overly salty and mushy, falling short of expectations. As someone who enjoys cooking and making lasagne from scratch, I wanted to give this product a shot, but it's not something I’d try again. Additionally, it's quite pricey for the quality offered, which doesn't seem authentically lasagne-like. I'd be interested in seeing the manufacturing process to understand how it's put together!

Exceptional service provided by a friendly team! The food was delicious, and the product quality was impressive.

Fantastiche!

As an Italian family in London we highly recommend these lasagne!

As our parents make them!!

Delicious product but terrible delivery service and no shows. My last 2 orders were never confirmed leaving me to follow up only to find that the company were never planning to fulfil my order

My order was wrong! I contacted the lm but it was too late to do anything on this

Great experience - delivered on time and nice taste! Will order again!

I had a great experince with them. The product was well packed, kept nice and cold, good delivery tracking!
About the taste was absolutly outstanding proper simple high quality flavour!
Well done and thank you

Ordered this for my cousins in London as a surprise gift. I live in the US, and they made the whole process so easy.
My cousins loved the food and would highly recommend! Definitely a winner of a meal :)

Delicious food delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Restored 4 of us after a very challenging day, just as Italian food should do! Mille grazie 🙏

Outstanding service. Easier to order, great communication and wonderful authentic lasagna. Highly recommend

Absolutely tasty and delicious ordered 3 taster trays.

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and froze the chicken mushroom lasagne. We had this evening and pretty disappointed, maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen but it was salty, mushy and just not very good. I cook and make lasagne but thought I’d give this a try, not again… also very expensive for what you get, someone’s not really making genuine lasagnes here! Happy to have a look around the factory making process to see how it’s made etc!

Firstly, lasagna is good, and I also appreciated the environmental friendly packaging.
There were some issues with booking and delivery.
1 - I was given a code for a free pudding that was not recognised at check out. So no free pudding.
2 - Your website says you can choose the delivery time. I didn’t see this option. A delivery slot time was given after placing the order, once was already paid.
3 - The delivery time was fist by 7:30pm, then got a message that it was delayed: by 8pm. It arrived after 8pm.

delicious...

The lasagna was very nice, the service great and the guests appreciated them very much

Brilliant customer service

Delicious lasagna and great customer service, only problem was delivery was later than we had expected as we paid for specific time, but they refunded us the extra delivery charge :)

I have used Lasagna Gelsomi, for my fourth time now, and as the previews time, quality ingredients, for the taste as lasagna should be. Acclaimed by my friends a dinner always a success.
