Pleasantly surprised on this set! We got the 7 pc se, quality seems pretty decent so far! Nothing was damaged, nothing missing, it was pretty simple to assemble. The glider/swivel chairs are very comfortable and smooth turn. Glider part isn't smooth but overall super happy!! As far as wear, we've only had it for a week, so that remains to be seen. But so far we're loving it!

A piece was damaged in shipment. Your customer service was really great in working with us to get a replacement.

Lovely outdoor patio set! My son put together the furniture and I'd rate him at a high skill level for building items like this, and it still took him several hours. I gave the product 4 stars because he said several holes didn't line up properly which made it harder to put together. It took him several hours too because there are so many pieces. But I love the look and so far I'm happy with the purchase!

Disappointed they sent me wrong color. I ordered a black set, I received a gray one.

I purchased the LayinSun 10 Pieces Outdoor Patio Furniture Set with Fire Pit Table, Rattan Wicker Sectional Swivel Rocker Chairs Sets from Amazon. I also, purchased ab extra Sofa for the set from your store. One side of the fire pit panel E. Has a big hole in middle. I wrote to you company but no response until now.

Everything arrived intact. No damages. Nothing missing. Assembly was quick as each piece is very similar. Looks great!

Product as described, quick shipping, great communication

The furniture we ordered seemed slightly different from the picture, but we still liked the look. The screws were very difficult to work with and some of the holes were not welded to the furniture properly, which made the assembly very difficult. Once we got the furniture put together (which took a few days) it looks really nice and seems to be pretty sturdy. With the cost of the furniture, it should not have been so difficult to put together. I would have loved to have given more stars.

Everything was perfect except I was not aware that billing will be done thru foreign country and ended up paying foreign exchange fee. I could use different credit card and avoid it.

Fast shipping, customer service was exceptional, and the product looks better in person... I got the 11-piece patio furniture set. Carrie was great to work with...

We love the sectional and the fireplace, however the starter on the fireplace did not work. I emailed CS in regards to a couple of cushions that were smashed and I still have never heard back. I am disappointed that the starter doesn't work and that CS never responded to my issue about the smashed cushions.

7/7/25: Received the email referenced in their response to my review. I appreciate the explanation and I know things can happen; I was looking forward to getting my concerns addressed and updating my 3* to a higher score once the issue had been resolved. I responded right away to their email response to my review and explained the issue that I am having w/ the fireplace starter not working, but several weeks later I have not received an email back about my concern. Originally they said they never received my 1st email, but when I responded directly to their email, the results has been the same....silence. It is a shame because we LOVE the set and we get compliments on it all the time, but the customer service follow up has not been a good experience and I am still left with a new fireplace that the starter doesn't work.

We are above and beyond pleased with our new patio set! It looks exactly like the photos, was easy to assemble, and I feel was an excellent value for the product received. I would recommend LayinSun over and over. Shipping took a reasonable amount of time too.

Ordering was straightforward and the product shipped and arrived quickly. The furniture was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. All of the parts and pieces were marked. Everything fit together as it should! The furniture is comfortable and looks great!
