I ordered a patio set with sofa, 2 chairs and firepit and when I received it the firepit was missing. I assume the delivery person simply forgot to take it off the truck because it said that it had been delivered. I contacted the customer service and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. That's not always the case with online companies but you can order with confidence that Layinsun will make sure you are happy with your order.

The furniture arrived within a week of ordering. It is sturdy and wont disintegrate like our previous wicker furniture. It also sits 2 inches higher and the cushions are more firm. It feels more comfortable that our previous outdoor set. We are loving it!

Exactly what we were looking for, comfortable and stylish. Only thing is one of the bottom cushions didn’t fully expand where the zipper is.

Fast shipping, excellent product that was easy to put together.

The ordering process was straight forward, and delivery went smoothly. The furniture parts arrived undamaged. The process of putting the furniture together took longer than I expected and required some muscle to get some parts to align. My only complaint is related to the glider/swivel chairs. The swivel function works well, but the glider function is not as smooth as it should be because the gap between the attachment points are too close to the bottom frame of the seat and chafes against the rattan strands wrapped around the bar.

Unfortunately at this time I cannot write a review regarding my purchase of 10-pieces outdoor deck furniture. Everything has arrived And now it all needs to be assembled. My hats off to the FedEx delivery guys for their outstanding customer support and service. The elements of winter storm caused a delay on arrival. As we got over 2ft of snow. I will definitely give a review in a few months. Thank you very much. I / we cannot wait for Spring to arrive here in New Hampshire.

The furniture was so easy to order online, had a very competitive price, and the furniture came quickly. I was able to put it together within a coupe of hours on my own with the use of one of the shipping boxes for support. Quality set for the price. The set looked exactly like the photos. Would highly recommend!

Fast shipment, clear communication via email, items packaged perfectly, clear instructions on assembly (tools included). The only reason for a 4 star is that the cushions feel very firm and we are hoping it will soften the more we use it.

This product is exactly what I have been looking for! It is absolutely beautiful and high quality. It looks like something you would find at a high end resort. It was very easy to put together and set off just the right amount of warmth. Solid addition to my backyard. I like the metal, seems it wont get too many scratches. We are not using the glass, we might do it in the future. Overall, super happy with the purchase :)

We decided to take a little risk and ordered an outdoor furniture set without any reviews—funny, right? It arrived at our home in just 3 days! The table did arrive damaged, but customer support was so kind and quickly sent us a replacement. It took me about 2 hours to put it together, but the result is really worth it—it's very solid and durable!
