Excellent customer service had one glitch. that was me not understanding how to put together table they quickly responded and walked me through it

It was a lot to put together, but totally worth it in the end. I do wish that each unit could be connected so that they don't slide apart from each other. But, I do love everything, the fire pit is great, so pretty!

Great Purchase

Very happy with this set. Quality is great for the price. All the pieces arrived undamaged and the quick shipping was great. And it was easy to assemble!

Product arrived in a timely manner. Instruction manual and accessories all label properly. Looks to be a good product. Only complaint is couple of the cushions were a little smashed up from delivery. Giving it a few days so hopefully they reshape a little.

Looked all over for a modular set and this was the best bang for its buck!

The pictures of the grey color are misleading. It is a very bright grey that hurts your eyes if you are looking at it in the sun.

The cushions are disappointing as they all move around and do not stay in place. Only 2 cushions have tie downs so they do not move. It would be nice if they all had tie downs and did not move.

I reached out to customer service to try to return or correct the problem but I did not get a response. This is even more disappointing. I saw this same set on other platforms but chose to buy directly from them to cut out the middle man. I would have bought from the middle man who has better customer service/better return process if I had known this was going to be an issue.

Was pleased overall with the set. Assembly was easy for the most part, the wicker was good except had a couple spots that were slightly damaged. Not bad enough for a return. I would’ve rated it a four or five star if they had better quality material for the cushions. The cushion material was not the greatest. This is a good set for the price and if they had higher quality material for the cushions, I would’ve bought a second set. But I am happy with what I bought for the price that I paid. Use better cushion material and I’m sure you would have more sales. I certainly would’ve bought more if the material was better quality. Oh yeah, last thing; sending the little Allen wrench ratchet was great! If you would’ve just sent a regular Allen wrench to do all that work it would’ve been frustrating. So good job there.

Our set came within a week- Easy to put together and sturdy! Everything came as expected and we just love sitting out back in our new furniture.

The order came as described. The family loves the sectional and the ability to changes the layout and move pieces around. The cushions do move a lot, and the chairs do not have clips, so we will find other ways to secure things.

Tools and hardware was neatly packaged. There were not enough washers, but we had a box of our own. There were some chair backs that were really rough as well as a hole in one of the cushion covers. I reached out via the chat on the website, sent some photos, and they sent replacement parts very quickly. Great customer service.

The sectional we bought is great! Well built, excellent quality. After setting it all up we realized we had room for one more piece, so we ordered it seprately and it came quickly.
