Layinsun Avis 156

Purchased 10 piece Palermo Collection Black/Blue. Found a great price online from Layinsun direct. Purchase process was flawless. Delivery was right on time. Unfortunately, the couch was delivered with a big hole in the box. When opened, the couch was torn. I contacted Layinsun and worked with Carrie. She was courteous, helpful, professional, and responsive. She resolved our problem quickly and without pushback. I would most definitely recommend them and most definitely would buy again. NOTE: the blue fabric is more like a denim color. It seems well built. The instructions were good. Assembly was quick. I only wondered why the hardware was not the color of the wicker (black). It was silver. Then, when I opened another piece the hardware was black. Anyway, I will simply spray paint the silver to flat black. Not a problem.

All furniture arrived quickly. Instructions had shorter screws in some places that didn't work, but with spare screws, we just substituted for the longer ones. Cushions and chairs are comfy. Fireplace works easily.

Great outdoor living room

Can’t go wrong for the price. My furniture is under cover all year so I hope it will last not getting beat up from the elements. The thickness of the aluminum framing isn’t the greatest but you get what you pay for. Time will tell. Purchased this because it was one of the few companies that sold black wicker and I wanted to match my outdoor dining set. Customer service was outstanding.

Ordered the 7-piece set with firepit trough the website on Saturday morning. On Monday all the conformation emails came in and easy to track the shipment. Fast delivery came in different shipments as communicated and all looked good. Easy to put together and looks great!

They gave me replacement cushions without hassle.. I would definitely buy again

Shipping was quick and assembly was straightforward. I appreciate that a ratchet wrench was included and not just an Allen wrench - it made the process much easier. Unfortunately the kit was short on washers which required a trip to the hardware store. The finished set looks amazing and is very comfortable.

Quality of the outdoor aluminum set that we purchased is amazing, I am not a handy person and it took us about 4 hours to put it together. We have gotten so many compliments from friends and family.

As a whole, the set is nice. However, my two small end tables and their glass tops do not fit. No matter how you turn the glass it does not set properly into the table. I was also disappointed to see that all the seats were straps instead of rattan. There was no way to know that from the website. I have had seats with straps before and they break.

Quick delivery! Ordered and received my items in 7 days. Was able to make the entire 11 piece set in 1.5 hours (use an Allan key drill). Only issue is finding a large enough cover! Wish the company sold and shipped that

Easy to assemble and great looking furniture!

We absolutely love our new outdoor patio set. Super fast delivery. Very easy to put together and much better quality than I expected for the price. Our neighbor saw our set and immediately ordered a set for their yard. Both sets look amazing.

We love our new patio set! We wanted something fast so we went to Lowe’s to grab what they had in stock. It wasn’t great, and they wanted about $750 for 1 couch on clearance. So, we took a chance and ordered this set and hoped for the best. Our patio furniture came quickly, and it is exactly what we wanted. It took our backyard from abandoned to our favorite hang out. So happy with this set!

We just received our 6 piece Traditional Patio Furniture Set with 2 Wicker Armchairs and Fire Pit Table. The loveseat was a nightmare to put together and the holes do not line up and therefore the back won’t tighten up so it is loose. You can see the screws in the front of the loveseat because they won’t screw in either because there are no threads. We tried the armchairs and they can’t even be assembled because there are no threads to be able to screw together. I can’t reach anyone in customer service via email and the phone number provided is in China. No one will answer chat either. Not sure what to do at this point. All of the reviews seemed to good to be true so we feel like we have been had!!! Help!!! I will update if we they take care of our issues. I don’t trust another set so I want a refund!

Nice outdoor furniture set's I ordered two sets for a large area and it was a lot of screws but not hard and fairly quick. They look great and are very comfortable

Great value for the patio furniture. Good quality and very sturdy. I ordered the custom sectional and liked it so much I went back and ordered more pieces. Shipping was fairly fast also. 5⭐️

It’s one thing to appreciate a good product at a good price, and it is entirely another to recognize a coordinated effort to ensure customer service when something goes wrong.
While there were some minor manufacturing defects, LayInSunwent the extra mile in replacing the items reported, and we are extremely pleased with a beautiful outdoor set to enjoy our garden and outdoor spaces. Beautifully designed and easy to use/assemble. Thank you so much for everything!!
