Ordered a loft ladder from this company and unfortunately it turned up damaged, I sent an email with pictures on the evening and by 9am in the morning I’d received a reply and it was sorted out immediately, the following day a new one was delivered and the damaged one picked up, the customer service is 1st class, this is definitely a company you can buy from with 100% confidence, thank you for the great service and a great product for a good price

The Communication with LB Supplies was very good. Delivery was quick and on time as arranged.

Great all round service when we had to add or the order and amend it everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Overall a great product (Arena Premium Composite Cladding) and it has transformed my workshop exterior! My only criticism was the £150 delivery fee when I'm only 30 miles away!

Purchased direct from South Wales site, staff were excellent and polite, delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was very helpful putting nearly all of the delivery in my garage (the driver was working quicker than I could hence he nearly handled all of delivery). Decking boards not installed yet, subframe 90% completed, don’t under estimate how heavy/sturdy the subframe can be for handling.
