Just had a car delivered by Ally (the second car in about 6 months) and I have to say his professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. He’s friendly and always kept me up to posted with clear communication and updates on his progress and then a really thorough hand over. Great guy and good service. Thank you.

Car was delivered dirty and damaged, although the damage was noted on the handover form.
On collection I was advised that parts were missing for the vehicle, that weren’t shown or highlighted on handover. Advised that I would be required to pay for the replacement.
After taking this up with LCH, they advised that it was an administrative error and apologised.
Disappointing service from a ‘luxury’ car hire firm.

Ally met me at Arnold Clark as I was dropping off my Polestar for diagnosis & repair. He not only arranged a time that suited me, but he called about 1hr before to confirm and ensure everything was good. The car arrived washed and fully valeted. Ally walked me around the car to point out any small scratches or stone chips and marked them down on his iPad, the car was in excellent condition, he also walked me throughout all the features functions of the car and answered any questions I had. He was very professional and helpful. He also charged car for me which got me going straight away. I have to say I felt very well looked after and was very pleased with the high standard that LCH operate too. They are definitely in the premium bracket for service and support. I would fully recommend this company based on the service I received 😊

Scammers beware! I never give a bad review but these guys deserve it. Unbeknown to me, they wanted a Michelin tyre if you get a puncture. I was side of a Motorway, no spare, sent a picture to the national tyre people who brought and fitted the correct specification tyre - just not a Michelin. That new tyre cost me £300. So they gave me a car with tyre with 5500 miles on it & I returned them a car with tyre with 200 miles on it yet LCH have deducted my card £287 for a Michelin (they take card details at start of hire). Delivered the car in dark and rain then sent out Lt Colombo to inspect the car after a while. The guy was underneath the car and even checked the hazard triangle bag?! Then charge me another £167 for a scuffed hubcap?! They want you to give them a better conditioned car than what they delivered to you. Utter scammers.

LCH responded quickly to get a replacement car when my Polestar required some work. Delivery prompt - service excellent. Handover by Ally was thorough and precessional. Good stuff!!
I waited 2 hours, and then 15 minutes before the car was due to be delivered, I was told that LCH would not hire me a vehicle due to an alleged “outstanding court fine.”
This is car hire, not a finance agreement or a mortgage. I wasn’t buying a car, applying for credit, or taking on any financial product — just renting a vehicle.
If this was an eligibility issue, it should have been checked before keeping me waiting for over two hours and cancelling at the very last minute. Instead, I rearranged my day, waited in good faith, and was left without a car moments before delivery.
The lack of organisation, poor communication, and complete disregard for the customer’s time is unacceptable. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
I would not recommend this company.
I had a significant problem with my Polestar and they organised for LCH to provide me with hire car whilst it was being fixed. The whole process was easy and Pete who dropped off the car was great. Would definitely recommend them if you need a hire car

I have a good friend who has had a very bad experience with this company and I know this company has provided a couple of friends with vehicles. They have been pressuring him for money and also they have stated that they still have his bank and card details and told him that they will be taking money without his consent from his account. I am in London and will be visiting this company to discuss this matter face to face. I would strongly suggest that you do not provide them with any personal details due to this situation. I have advised my friend to contact a solicitor and report this to the police as a fraudulent matter. They are nothing but bullies and they are trying to take money from hard working people. Scumbags. I am also going to report this matter to companies house and provide them with the emails that they are sending to my friend. I strongly encourage anyone to keep their distance from this company.

I was contacted on Sunday and advised that a vehicle had been arranged and would be delivered to me on Monday at approximately midday.
Based on this confirmation, I made the necessary arrangements expecting the vehicle to arrive as scheduled. However, on Monday morning I received a further call informing me that the vehicle had been involved in an accident and was therefore no longer available.
I was then advised that no alternative vehicle could be offered and that my booking had been returned to BMW.
As a result of this late notice and lack of contingency planning, I was left completely without a vehicle, causing significant inconvenience and disruption. No suitable replacement or solution was provided, despite the short notice and the impact this situation has had on my commitments.
