Great experience
Great experience. The handover was seamless, well communicated and handled thoroughly and courteously by the agent. The car itself was new and well valeted. I would have preferred to have been present at the check out but that was outside of LCH’s control.

Outstanding experience
LCG provided an excellent and professional service. Both the delivery and collection were carried out exactly within the allocated time slots, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would not hesitate to hire a car from them again in the future.
The car was delivered by Dorin, who was polite and extremely helpful. It was later collected by John and Alex, both of whom were friendly, respectful, and professional throughout.
The overall customer service experience was outstanding.

Courtesy car delivered by Alex. Perfect time in the morning allowing me the rest of the day to myself - no waiting around. Alex was very polite and informative, running me through the key differences in the courtesy car and highlighting particular details I should be aware of. Overall very happy with the service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with a review, and I am sorry to see that your experience with us has not been as positive as we strive for.
Unfortunately, with the information you had provided I have been unable to locate your booking with us so am unable to respond specifically.
In general terms, we do not take the decision to raise an invoice at the end of the hire lightly. We are proud of maintaining our fleet of vehicles to the highest quality, and regrettably on occasion there are damages that we have no choice but to charge for. We are transparent about any potential financial liability from the outset of the delivery call, and all rental agreements contain a table of charges for specific damage - eg for damage to an alloy, damage to windscreen, PCN/toll fines to name a few.
If you would like to discuss any damage invoices raised at the end of your hire, please contact us on 0345 890 1000 and ask to speak with our Fleet team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I am sorry to see that your experience with us was not to the standard that we strive for.
From the information provided, I am unable to locate your specific booking to advise further. However, generally speaking, we provide hire vehicles on behalf of vehicle manufacturers, whilst your own vehicle is in for repair. At the point of confirming delivery of the replacement vehicle, our Customer Service team go through the excess options on the vehicle and advise customers of the standard excess, which is the maximum liability in the event of the replacement vehicle being involved in an accident or being returned with damage.
The delivery agreement contains our terms and conditions of the hire, along with a table of charges which states the maximum liability for specified damages - eg damage to an alloy.
All vehicles are inspected by our Fleet Quality team once they return from hire, to ensure that we are maintaining the best quality of vehicles and to ensure that damages are addressed and repairs arranged swiftly. Unfortunately, sometimes damages are to an extent that we have no choice but to charge for these, however we are always transparent with any potential cost liability.
If you would like to discuss your specific hire and invoice in further detail, please do call us on 0345 890 1000, and ask to speak with the Fleet Quality Controller, who will be more than happy to assist.

CANT GIVE THEM ZERO STARS
I can’t give it zero stars unfortunately.
I dropped the vehicle off in perfect condition. Almost a week later, I am being charged for some damage. There was no sign off on delivery, and could have happened at any time following drop off.
I contested it, they called me and said they would look into it. Then took the money directly from my card without any further contact minutes later.
Will never use, will put in a complaint to Polestar who’ve used them, and look at court proceedings.

Excellent service, driver very professional and a lovely car
My 18 month old BMW iX had a complete failure when I was 120 miles from home. BMW assistance took me to the absolute worst dealership I have experienced. We were pretty fed up. Then LCH were hired by BMW to provide a courtesy car. It was just a genuine relief. The customer service was brilliant. Very responsive by email. A black BMW iX was delivered to us and we got home. My own car languished for two weeks in the dealership but we were able to keep the replacement. After my car was delivered back to me for some reason, despite them checking the postcode for my home address BMW terminated the hire 120 miles away where we had picked the car up from. This meant when the poor driver from LCH rang to say he was about to get on a train in Guildford and would be with us in 30 mins we had to break it to him that we lived in mid wales!
LCH were straight on it and despite cancelled trains the intrepid driver made it to us by uber from Newport. Handover was smooth and efficient. An absolutely first class experience. Unlike the BMW dealership!!
