What can I say first class service

Spent some time going through functions on the car and check the exterior as well
Went through the whole process step by step explaining everything

Fabulous service arranging and delivering a Polestar 4 hire car. Gavin, who delivered the car, was very pleasant and efficient. He also called in advance whilst being timely and informative. The car is pristine too. I'm very pleased.

Car delivered by Derek who was a lovely…
Car delivered by Derek who was a lovely fella, spoke away well and explained all I needed to know about the car.
Called in the morning with an estimated time, delivered the car in excellent condition and and was painless to deal with.

James did a great job…
James did a great job in dropping off the car, explaining the process, doing the checks and ensuring the car was in good condition…..he even wiped down the back window as he noticed some water streaks from the wash!
Reversed it onto my drive and then left me the keys!

I had the loan car delivered by Manjit. Lovely guy. Waited for me at the dealership. Quick yet comprehensive run thru of car functions and the already identified scuff marks etc.
