Always a very professional service
Always a very professional service. Had several prestige cars from LCH on behalf of Sytner BMW, whilst my 7 series was being worked on. Latest was a BMW dropped off by Steven H. He was courteous and professional. Always a pleasure to get a car from LCH.

Chris delivered my new Polestar loaner…
Chris delivered my new Polestar loaner and he was brilliant. The car had been cleaned and had nearly full charge.
The staff on the phone were also most helpful.

Paulo delivered hire car on time & did…
Paulo delivered hire car on time & did a great handover…fortunately I was stranded at very nice pub/restaurant so the pressure was off a little in terms of getting back on the road!!!

Exceptional company and Derek was superb
Excellent service from the office and from beginning to the end. Derek was truly exceptional. Rang me numerous times to confirm drop off time. Went through the paperwork and hand over very professionally and was very personable. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this company and Derek!

BMW Assistance replacement
Got my replacement vehicle form LCH today and it’s a beautiful thing. Vehicle was immaculate and all the visible damage was already noted down on the spec sheet. Manjit made sure that I had everything I needed and identified a new piece of damage to a wheel that wasn’t already noted.
