BMW Assistance replacement
Got my replacement vehicle form LCH today and it’s a beautiful thing. Vehicle was immaculate and all the visible damage was already noted down on the spec sheet. Manjit made sure that I had everything I needed and identified a new piece of damage to a wheel that wasn’t already noted.

Outstanding service!
After changing the dates of requirement twice on LCH the representatives I dealt with were both professional and patient with all the requirements I requested. I dealt mainly with Keah who was fab but also Natasha and Sheleeca, all of whom provided excellent service and were a credit to the company. The vehicle was delivered on time and in A1 condition. Para, who delivered the vehicle took obvious pride in presenting a pristine car to a client. I was very grateful.

Got my replacement vehicle collected AND a new one dropped off on Saturday afternoon. Tony C has been nothing but processional, courteous and helpful throughout the process. He even offered to help the mrs unload the car that was being collected. Truly above and beyond service. Many thanks.

Effective communication
Liaising with LCH and their driver Robert C hast been a very pleasant experience. They have communicated and reached to me throughout. Keeping me posted of any new development with the car and estimated arrival time. The car was spotless and practically new. They’ve made the process so simple and hassle free. Licence to print money!
I was charged for a scuffed alloy which I tried to dispute. However, there was a lack of evidence as, in their words, I didn’t take a video or photos when the car was delivered. On delivery the driver said ‘don’t worry about little marks or scratches’ and ‘we’re only bothered about scratches down to the metal work’ which gave some me some comfort. I did find a few marks which I asked to be recorded on the paperwork but I didn’t get on my hands and knees to inspect each alloy in detail - as I should have! I was given a false sense of security by the delivery driver and that when they collect the same process would be done. However, the collection driver was far more thorough - he found lots of marks including a chipped windscreen and minor scuff on the rear alloy.
There seems to be a lack of consistency in the assessment of the vehicles and Quality Assurance process needs to be improved. They already have your card details so they decide and charge you without any approval. From reading similar reviews it seems others have been caught out by this tactic. I won’t be using this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your hire experience with LCH. I am sorry to see that your experience has not been to the standard that we strive to provide.
From the details provided, I have been unable to locate your booking so would not be able to respond in full to your specific concerns. However, in generalised terms, upon delivery both the driver and customer would do a walk round of the vehicle to note any pre-existing damage. This is then noted in your delivery agreement which is signed at the point of handover.
On collection of the hire vehicle, our driver would then inspect the vehicle for any new damage only, and this is noted on the collection agreement. Our Fleet Quality Controller then reviews damage and if this is chargeable, an invoice is raised accordingly and works carried out to repair the vehicle.
Our drivers should be maintaining a consistent approach when inspecting vehicles at both delivery and collection, so I am sorry to hear that you do not feel that this has been applied for your hire. I will pass your comments onto our Transport team, for feedback to be provided to our drivers. I am also happy to discuss this further with you if you would like, our Customer Service contact number is 0345 890 1000. We would then be able to look into the specifics of your booking.
Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We value customer feedback even when this is a less than satisfactory experience and all feedback is taken on board, as it gives us the opportunity to improve the service we provide.

Staff Great, service fantastic but why is there a cost on BMW cover.
Very easy experience and fast turnaround kind of the car. John R dropped the car off and ver accommodating and easy to talk to. I understand companies have to charge if the car is damaged but 500 excess is expensive as is the option of 15 pound a day for it to be 50. This service should be in the cover of BMW with no cost to the customer at all.

They contacted on the instructions of BMW UK. Unlike BMW UK, they're very efficient and respond very quickly. They provided a very nice car delivered by a very polite gentleman.
