They are very bias and corny

They are very bias and corny. If you don’t subscribe to their monthly no deposit tenancy fee of £45 and choose to go for the traditional 5 weeks deposit fee, your name won’t be put forward to the Landlord.

They wasted my time after viewing as I refused to subscribe and told them I had the full 5 weeks deposit fee as stated on the property details online. I mean, it’s more money but its assured I’d get my money back after my tenancy.

I kept following up for days after filling the offer form but Cally stopped picking my calls. Called with a different number and then was told the Landlord decided to go with another tenant who viewed before me.

I knew this was a lie because I got the energy from the agent who did her best to convince me but I declined. 3 days after they lied the apartment was gone, I decided to enquire for the same apartment with a different phone and email and got viewing appointment availability from the same agent ‘Cally’. It’s really disappointing to see professionals behave in such a way just because you want to make some money for your own agency. Luckily, I got a more spacious apartment for less and I couldn’t be happier.

I hope the staff are trained to do better. Goodluck

Naff

Once upon a time, great (Shaun, Laura & Kim). Nowadays, overpriced and detached with a distinct lack of knowledge. If you are a Landlord, don't be sold on their polished corporate words - do yourself a favour and use a local independent. Don't fall for this money making machine.

Dispute dispute dispute

They ignored repairs and protected an incompetant landlord at all cost. When they try to take your deposit money after they have neglected an old property for years, DISPUTE it. They tried to take £1700 from us at the end of our tenancy. When this claim came through to us it was a very stressful. We spent 2 years living in a mouldy apartment with a broken extractor fan and peeling walls/ceilings. The boiler regularly broke, we went a couple of weeks without warm water at one point. We paid rent on time every month then they tried to take even more money from us at the end.

We disputed their £1700 claim and after TDS reviewed the case we recieved £600 back from our inital £800 deposit. They even try to convince you that it is a bad idea to submit a dispute and you should just pay up or agree to a pay a lesser amount, do not fall for this. Dispute, dispute, dispute.

Does anyone know if Leaders are in…

Does anyone know if Leaders are in financial difficulties? They are collecting rent on my behalf but keeping it. I had two people promise to send it but they are no longer responding to emails which leads me to wonder if they are using rents to pay their bills. Very concerning.

i had a short time to move

i had a short time to move. upon finding the property anna was extremely helpful in my tech shy form filling issues. and any and all questions were answered promptly. my headache was a lot less stressful.

So helpful and friendly

Leaders were amazing and helpful in finding our house. We had a short deadline to move and they worked with us to get all the relevant paperwork in on time and completed correctly and swiftly. They answered every one of my phone calls and really made such a stressful situation so much less stressful! From the first showing with Anna we were sold not just the house but Estate Agency too. We really feel like we’re in good hands with them!
