Looking for a property under a certain budget and to ones liking is very hard enough. Molly helped to identify properties that was to our liking, including location. She listened to the spec and made things happen

Leaders’ management of my tenancy was consistently poor and fell well below what should be expected of a professional letting agent.

Over several years, serious issues with mould and damp were repeatedly reported and never properly resolved. Problems were either ignored, superficially addressed, or temporarily covered over, only to reappear. Leaks and related damage were not dealt with in a timely manner, and repairs were often of poor quality, with contractors failing to make good afterwards. This ongoing lack of maintenance left the property dated and in worse condition than if routine responsibilities had been met.

Communication and administration were a recurring problem. Records of reported issues were incomplete or missing, and concerns raised during inspections were not accurately reflected. At the end of the tenancy, more than 52 days passed without any properly evidenced proposal for deposit deductions. Comments I provided were not addressed, and no invoices or cost breakdowns were supplied.

There also appeared to be an attempt to recover the cost of long standing disrepair and routine maintenance from the deposit, rather than accepting that these were landlord obligations during the tenancy.

To make matters worse, a rent increase notification was issued that ignored clear statutory protections under Section 13(1)(b) of the Housing Act 1988. This was misleading and unacceptable, regardless of whether it arose from poor knowledge or disregard of the law.

Overall, the experience was characterised by poor administration, slow or ineffective responses to serious property issues, and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend Leaders to tenants looking for a well managed property or fair treatment

The property agent Tianna Lewis demonstrated absolute professional incompetency in her job role. She is full of contradictions and lacks understanding of what transpires in her job. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get her to do her job. I will not recommend using Leaders - Bromley due to their series of procrastinations, mismanagement and incompetence.

Looking for a new place is always stressful however Aleyna has made the experience a breeze in the park. Would highly recommend

Overall the experience was positive and Molly especially was communicative and very helpful throughout. There are improvements as a business in terms of communication that could be improved, mainly around the communications between departments and making the experience as easy and transparent as possible for landlords.
