Yet again I’ve tried to get a house but they’re not interested. They are not nice people at all. They expect you to earn more than 27,000 what do they want? Blood do not use these people they are not nice she said she’s sorry but I don’t think she is waste of time.

Well Babington Court apartments
Well Babington Court apartments, what can I say.
Why don't you clean the metal fixings supporting the balconies, all rusted up now .The fixings now need replacing,the whole building.
I really don't know why your doing property,I really don't.
Leaders manage seventy-five percent of the apartments.

Still utterly incompetent
I moved out 3.5 months ago and they have STILL not sorted my deposit. They were too stupid to even notice I had gone to TDS. I left the property in a considerably better condition than I entered it, they were trying to charge me for cleaning already done, and were confused about what their own contract said.
The property is still on the market for sale. I would strongly advise against ever buying or selling through Leaders as their competence is so low I would never want them anywhere near as big a legal minefield as property sales. If they cannot write or remember what's in a rental contract when they must have done thousands of the things I dread to think how many catastrophic legal errors they make in a sale.
I am going to be generous and give them two stars. A vapid customer service response will appear here which has nothing to do with what I've written, but to my surprise, their central customer services seems to be the one part of the business who actually have a clue.

Great Service and professional support
Great service from Georgina Naylor over 6 years. I am a landlord of a property which has been managed by Leaders for several tenancies. Georgina is always approachable, supportive and has a can do attitude to getting the job done. She is also very responsive to any questions or issues I have. I unreservedly recommend both Georgina and Leaders.

Excellent Property Manager
I moved into a property in 2020 & Georgina Naylor, from the Derby team was my property manager, there were a few minor issues at the property & when I contacted Georgina she was very professional & polite in her manner & knowing I was a vulnerable person updated me personally on the progress of the repairs. Her experience & knowledge is a great advantage to Leaders. During my 6 year tenancy Georgina's help was invaluable, I wish I could give more than 5 stars as she really deserve it

Well organised team – Great to work with as a contractor.
We’ve been working with Leaders as a contractor, primarily carrying out compliance works across a number of their properties. Georgina originally introduced us to the team and has been great to deal with from the management side — very organised and good at keeping things moving when multiple jobs are on the go.
On a day-to-day basis we mainly deal with the three J’s — Jas, Jay, and Junafe — who are all very helpful property managers and straightforward to work with when coordinating jobs. Overall everyone in the team has been great to deal with and we’re looking forward to continuing to work with them going forward.
