Poor handling of the sale process
Poor handling of the whole process. They lost my keys and blame it on me. They also have a very high staff turnover, which meant no one really followed up on the sales. Over-promising of the sale price and short selling time also seems to be the norm. I raised my concerns but the response was defensive.

Think twice about employing Leaders to manage your properties…
Leaders have managed two of my properties in Tonbridge for just over a year. While the service started in a satisfactory way, the last four months have been beyond awful.
From taking £1600 for a painting job that didn’t get organised in months, to not dealing with a broken shower door or leaks in the flat, I’ve been left completely shocked at how long they are willing to leave me with NO service. Not only have they continued to take the management fee each month, but they’ve also taken some fees twice - only rectified when I’ve gone through and checked my statements.
Think twice before you employ Leaders to manage your properties - you are likely to end up doing most of the work yourself and It will cost you.

Jules was absolutely brilliant at helping us in the first steps of buying our first home. She fully understood our background and what we needed, and gave us support and advice as and when we needed it. We really valued her help and support! A real asset to your company!

Highly recommend Tonbridge Leaders
We've had a wonderful experience with Leaders Tonbridge who have helped us move into our first home. Molly was particularly lovely and so helpful, always answering any questions we had and showing us round the property several times before we moved in! She has also been very patient with all of our requests, and is a real asset to the Tonbridge Leaders team.

Not to be trusted
Leaders push their own profit agenda vs. what is in the best interest of landlord or tenant. Poor and misleading communication. Poor service and no attempt at service recovery when things went off track.
